Great deal on monthly car washes. I go a couple times a week at lease. My car is always clean. Vacuums are very strong with great canopy’s to dry and put the finishing touches on your ride.

Too fast. There are some dirty spots that can't go away. Is like only 1 minute inside the wash tunnel.

I waited 8 minutes for somebody to come and let me in. I paid $9 and it was not much difference between the basic service and the upgrade one.

One of the best car washes in the area. They don't give you the "goodies" you get at other car washes like dash wipes etc. They do however make up for it with great equipment. The air hoses are strong. The vacuums work tremendously well. The staff is always nice and welcoming. They also have a bug prep station with brushes, a sink, and vacuums as well! Obviously not a picture of the location but my car after a wash there.

Honestly, I just don't recommend using this car wash. The customer service is great. Everything is always clean. But your vehicle just never hats completely clean. Multiple bird spots are left. The air dryers barely dry the car. The suction on the vacuums is subpar. I strongly recommend a different car wash than this one. I've never been satisfied and today was no exception. I needed to use a different car wash which absolutely did the trick. Once again reminded while convenient and on my way home, I shouldn't go here.

For convenience sake this is a great car wash you can be in and out in just a few minutes. Price point and quality of product is a bit lacking I got their highest tier wash at $15 and was still scrapping the bugs off for an additional few minutes. Talked to other people in the Area who had a similar experience.

I have the unlimited plan for $16 a month and can go through a quick wash in a few minutes. Place is fairly clean, polite service people.

This was the first time I've used this facility. The young man who greeted me was very polite. Car came out clean and dry.

Thieves. After a year of buying the "Buy 1/get 2nd 1 discounted, " today I was denied the 2nd wash which I had paid for in advance. The attendants always upsell you and say "get your 2nd wash anytime. " But, today they denied giving me the 2nd wash WHICH I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR, claiming that the receipt had expired last week. No offer to refund me the difference they stole from me. Just a snotty "nope" it's expired.

The wash broke the weather stripping off of my car (2017 Prius) and the attendant said it wasn’t their problem. I don’t mind the mistake as much as the refusal to fix it. That’s just about as bad as customer service can get. They didn’t even refund the car wash that caused me to have to go buy new weather stripping and have it installed.

I have the $16/month unlimited package and I love it! I don't ever upgrade, and my car gets clean enough. I don't expect full service car wash clean here, but it's right next to my house and I can drive through every day.even twice a day if I want! As I head home I glance at the entrance and see if there's a line, and if there's not, I drive on in and I'm home 5 minutes later. ;-)
The employees are all so friendly. I don't ever really speak to one, but they always wave and smile and give lots of thumbs up.lol

I’m here at car wash opening hours and NO ONE is here to attend me, I called twice and no one answers. How lame.

Mostly got my car clean but the bumpers still had bird poo and bugs stuck on them as did my roof, so not the best. For the upgraded pkg I paid for I expected more. I've basically gotten the same level of clean at a gas station car wash. Won't waste my time driving back up there.

Have a monthly plan. Went thru the wash and it left a dust like film on car. So went back thru and also let attendant know about issue. He said to go thru again and see what happens. Went thru and same problem. Went thru a third time and still the same issue. Never had this happen before.here or any other location. Let him know it still happening. He said well I dont know what else to do. No one else is complaining about this.

SCAM ALERT.wait until you go to cancel your membership! This place is part SCAM, part car wash. I CANCELLED MY BILL 4 MONTHS AGO.and I still get BILLED each month.they send you to the website to do cancellation and you do it.and you still get billed.of course CFCW knows you throw away your member number after you cancel the first time you attempt! So when they "didn't get" your cancellation the 1st time.how are you TRY to cancel the second time without your Member #. YOU CANT and that's why its a SCAM!

Then when you select "look up membership #" it goes to a bad link!

I called corporate office no response, I tried to look up my member # to cancel, no way to look it up. So I will go to social media and let the world know!

Hands down the worst car wash in the Gilbert area. Went to wash off the basic dust and dirt on the car, and it came out dirtier than it went in. Not only did it not get the dirt off the back of the car (as in a brush never touched it), but the brushes in the wash left a black sticky film in multiple places across the windshield and top of my car. On top of it all, this place is the most expensive of all the car washes in town unless you are signing up for their unlimited pass. Highly disappointed and will not be back. I recommend not going unless you enjoy washing your car more than once.

The monthly car- wash subscription is WELL worth the price for me. I run my car through several things a week to keep the dust off. Great for a quick touch-up wash in between deeper- detailed cleanings.

Used basic wash and thought it cleaned very well. Best vacuum's I've used so far. Not to mention, they're free!

Great as all other Clean Freaks I've visited. Entry is a little confusing at first but nothing crazy. Service is great as always

Wash doesn't dry the middle of the vehicle and barely dries the back. Un open on days that say there opened. I worked for a car wash in CO and no matter what rain snow hail and terrible weather THEY WERE OPEN.a little rain scares these guys away. Very dissatisfied
