Clean Freak Car Wash, Chandler AZ

I bought a monthly membership for $35 for the top of the line wash and I'm happy to always have a clean car. The website is terrible.it promises you can change your plan but you cannot and there is no one to call. The site suggests you talk with your preferred location which isn't helpful.

I was upset when the kid employee that was directing me into the car wash, made me hit the bars and scratched my rims on the bars. Uughh

They raised their basic express wash to ten dollars so at least make sure your vacuums are working as mine had barely any suction. Plus ten bucks is just too much for a basic wash. I am done with Clean Freak! Go down to Cobblestone on Ray and Priest and they have the basic for eight dollars and it's a much nicer facility! Let's drive Clean Freak out!

The car wash was listed as self service and it isn't. You pay to go through a car wash which I didn't want but accepted due to time constraints. After the wash when I was parked elsewhere I looked the car over presuming it would look fine now but I noticed places on the car that were still dirty and streaks in the windows were present. It's as if all it did was rinse the car, not clean it (for $8).

I take my car here every weekend and I just want to say that I appreciate the smiles the young men have here and are so eager to help. Soon as I pull up one is running to the kiosk to help when I go to drive in the car wash there's always one standing there smiling guiding me in. Even today it was busy and they were running out of towels a young man came with a whole handful right away and handed me one but customer service here is excellent.

Great wash and awesome vacuums. Right now they have a great deal for quick passes 10 bucks a month for your first 2 months and you can choose their most premium wash they have, cancel anytime. I got a gas discount card for 20 cents off pee gallon at circle k, highly recommend the gas card pays for the wash itself

So battery gave out and one of the gentleman working directed me to Advance auto parts, walking distance. I'm from out of state and I appreciate the help he offered.

5 stars across the board. All machinery worked wonderfully and the towels smelled good as well and not mildewey or moldy. I would highly recommend giving this car wash a try. Staff seems very nice and on top of things to make sure experience is well received!

Staff just couldn't be bothered the morning I went. I waited at the gate for a long time until one of them decided to come help me (my code wouldn't scan) even though they were standing in plain sight.also no towels in sight.had to walk around the entire vacuum area looking for them and staff did not approach or ask what I needed until I approached the building looking for them.not usually this bad, but Sunday am staff is not a good pick.

It was alright. Got a free wash from the circle K and tried it out. The wash & air dry could use a bit more pressure. Quick work truck wash, perfect. I wouldn't take a nice car through.

Been going here since it opened. Was always great but, the last few times, it doesn't seem to clean the wheels well. Have two vehicles and it's the same on both. My son said the same thing.

It took me three tries to find a stall where the vacuums were functioning adequately. The hoses are not long enough. And the basic wash is eight dollars. I don't need assistance to order, and I don't want someone to try to upsell me to a more expensive wash. I won't be back.

Very impressed with the upgrades. Especially the always-on vacuum. No more stopping to restart.

Too expensive for something that's not a hand wash. Clean, available drying towels were nowhere to be found.

Good car wash. Was dissapointed that bug scrub wasn't available & wet cloth to wipe dashboard wasn't either. Would've expected for $20 that bugs would've been removed. Cloths available where you vacuum out your car, which is nice. Also nice young man to help with options, at the start.
