Cleanz Med Spa Glendale

The ladies that work there are incredibly nice! Unfortunately, I spent $300 my first visit and two weeks later went back and spent another hundred dollars and still no results whatsoever. I was told the shipment of botox was held up on the ships so, they gave me something called nutox and it was very ineffective for a lot of money and what recourse do you have? Besides none. Extremely disappointed to say the least. Spent $400 and absolutely no results.

Updated: The owner response is cleverly crafted as rotating therapies was never discussed. Plus, it was my first, then second visit since the first treatment didn't work. I wasn't rotating anything; I went there for a solution and since they didn't have botox, I now feel tricked by a recommendation that doesn't and certainly didn't work. After reading other reviews, and doing my own research, I learned the same thing, same scenario or scam was done to others.

The atmosphere is great. The med spa was fantastic and the store was clean, and the ladies are top-notch. Definitely recommend them.

Amazing! This was my first time trying a hydrotherapy colonic. They made me so comfortable and were so clean. You would think it would be quite disgusting and awkward dealing with everything but not at all here. The women in the office are so warm and nice? I appreciate them and will be coming back for hydrotherapy

Sherry and Carol are phenomenal! When you come in for a colonic you are met with a relaxing atmosphere. It’s definitely a great experience! If you’ve never tried a colonic, I urge you to give it a try! I’ve never felt better!

I would put 5 stars for Katie but I put 4 stars for rating the spa center, Katie is a nice friendly person and she did an amazing lashes for me and my mom. However, the lady on the front desk I believe her name was Sherry, she was the only thing made me & my mom discomfort and annoyed. She was keep distracting us by asking Katie silly questions! And her coming was every 15 minutes. That was very weird acting of a person work at such a place of relaxing like spa center!

I absolutely love Sherry and everyone at the spa! I highly recommend them to everyone in the Glendale area! Five stars for great results, making you feel comfortable, and making you feel your best!

I have been to Cleanz Med Spa on several occasions. The minute you walk in, there is a sense of relaxation in the air. Carol is so sweet and accommodating to all your needs. Sherry is amazing! She really has a passion for the field. The services they provide are to notch and they are adding more all the time. I love that everyone is professional and the environment is clean. I would recommend Cleanz Med Spa to anyone and have many times.

I was looking for a relaxed and professional spa where I could feel comfortable. This is the place. Friendly and very knowledgeable about the beauty business. I received facial injections and lip injections. The product they use for numbing is very high quality, I love my results and definitely will return. I love that they offer many services. If u are looking for a friendly, clean and professional experience then this is ur place.

I came to Cleanz Spa to get lashes and lip injections/fillers, my experience here was the best! From the first time I booked appt with Carol, she was so sweet, professional, helpful and caring! Then I met Sherry, she's Awesome and knows her s***! She offered to help me, on the medical side. I mean this place has it All, so clean, and you'll leave here feeling great! Then I walk upstairs and meet RN Lisa (my nurse) she explained everything to me, so kind and knowledgeable. I absolutely love these ladies! Tatiana did my lashes, she's so sweet as well, and put up with me.lol. I didn't just walk out feeling great, I walked out with knowing four new Friends. Carol and Sherry, I'm serious about going for cocktails!

I was skeptical upon making my appointment. The lady was nice at first asking if this was for anything special. I responded a self care day! Which was met with “that is better than rioting. ” Not sure what that meant. I arrived 20 minutes early for my dermaplaning and facial. I walked to the window to people eating asking what am I here for not my name. She did not get up to approach the window to address me. I was solely asked about skin type. Not allergies to any products, odd for a facial. During the dermaplaning the door was left open. She eventually closed the door due to noise. I was cold and uncomfortable. Had no idea what was going on my skin the whole time. On my way out a different woman was eating. Did not know what I had for a service upon checking out. I would not let my friends go there. I would not recommend this place. I will not return.

Where do I start, the staff is beyond friendly! I had bought a Botox package Groupon and I always use only 20 whenever I do it here and there. I even buy extra shots which I never had to. It held for two weeks and then all my wrinkles around my eyes and some on my forehead 189.00$

When I called the establishment I spoke to a young lady and she said we'll come on in and see the nurse and we'll do a touch-up for you. So when I went in there I did a cleanse for my my stomach which was very good. But when I saw the nurse actor I actually had purchased more units which was kind of unfair the first thing when I started explaining to the young lady over the phone I've always held very well I don't have use it so it's really works, and the first thing even before I can finish well that's what happens since you workout. Sad to say I haven't been in the gym for almost 2 years. And then she said will you smile a lot that also breaks down the botox, or around my eyes have a scar from a bad relationship and the nurse by the way is fantastic btw.
I was a little taken back because the botox didn't take and the first thing also said was are you sure you follow the 4 hour rule and yes I did! So I end up having to spend another hundred dollars, and the nurse explain to me the newtox. It's supposed to be just equal to Botox they just updated it cuz she stated Botox has always been around for so long so this is something new. So she did it on my eyes and a little bit like between my eyes which that wasn't bad at all. Two and a half weeks later all my crows feet came back and the lines on my forehead.

Terrible so when I called I left a message then they spoke to my fiance and he was asking questions on he's taking me before. To get get my Botox and he was asking why the botox didn't take and then he explained she was already there and you want her to come back and see the nurse is there going to be a charge. He pays the bill, she said well I am going to have her sit with the north end of her in the nerves carrying stuff sad and why he was asking question she like uhh, not really listening just trying to get him off the phone. So he scheduled my appointment,! Which I did not go in I didn't want to feel forced to have to buy more Botox cuz I think that's really unfair almost $300 later with the cleansing of my stomach which was good. Sad to say I did a no-show no call. I'm not one to complain like I said they're very nice people but I'm kind of upset at the fact, I did my research about the newtox, and that is more primarily like for the forehead and maybe between your eyes. It states it holds instantly but doesn't last long, compared to Botox and if I knew that I would have paid the extra dollar it was a waste of money! And at the end of the appointment I wanted to make sure I got my brilliant distinction points. The receptionist explained to me since I did Newtox. I don't get my points!
I'm so sorry for the long review. But I'm more disappointed in the value and the mission statement for that business, I thought that they would to do the right thing, but I had to pay for more nuwtox, which was a waste of my time cuz it didn't hold! Telling me that since I worke out or I didn't follow the 4 to 6 hr rule, with no working out no excessive heavy or lifting the next 2 days.

This is a double review. I found Cleanz spa through Groupon to have my lashes done. I was pleased right from the start. I called on a Tuesday and carol, the front desk gal, went above and beyond to get me scheduled ASAP. She wasn’t sure of Heathers schedule for that Thursday. She got ahold of heather and carol called me to let me know I would be getting a text from a strange number, and it would be heather. Heather text me while I was still talking with carol. Heather was amazing. Never having my lashes done before. She explained everything she was going to do and while she was doing it. She listened to what I wanted and to say I was very happy is an understatement! My lashes still looked great when I went in 2.5 weeks later for my fill. I have now booked my Aptpointments until the end of April.
Now onto the most wonderful injectionsis Karen, t I have come across in the 4 yrs I’ve been getting Botox. Karen is absolutely wonderful. She really makes a point to connect w her clients and again listens to what your looking for and actually asks and takes into consideration your lifestyle.as many factors play a part in how long Botox will last. And for the first time ever, I was given a ice pack to numb each area as she went. I had questions about other procedures and she explained those process throughly and compared each products pros and cons and why. I have finally found someone who I can trust and stay with to get the job done. Everyone is just so helpful and happy. And carol again goes above and beyond her job to make sure u can get any offers to save money that are available! Thanks to her I saved another $50 and got a reward for 75 on future fillers. I highly recommend this spa for all your beauty needs!
