Clear View Windows, LLC reviews
3Great service, great work. I would highly recommend this company if you want clean windows.
I contacted Clear View for screens to close in my patio and protect my dog from hawks. I used a referral I asked for in the Rita Ranch Facebook Forum. I contacted Jim and he arrived on time and produced a very fair and detailed estimate. He explained the differences in materials and gave a timeline for completion which he followed. No residue of metal products to pick up - very clean. We did not have a shaded area to work under and it was a bit hot so a one day job turned into two. The final product was impressive to neighbors who wound up using his services - at least three in our HOA with more pending. I asked for a referral discount which I got - 20% and I am applying it to the pet mesh that we are having put on (which I should have done at the beginning). Jim is a very competent and professional contractor and I am more than pleased with his work.
If the careful consideration of the driver I just experienced is any indication, this company needs to clean up its act.
I was heading east on Skyline this morning, around 9am. One of their trucks swerved into my lane, nearly hitting me. I looked over and there was a bearded fellow looking down at his phone, clearly engrossed in whatever was on the screen. I honked at him to try to get him to pay attention. He looked over at me, gave me a spiteful look, then put his eyes right back on his phone!
So if you are considering hiring this company, consider also the clear disregard for safety and human life that its employees (owner, in this case) show while on the road.
Edit in response to the OWNER'S response below: There was no blinker engaged, nor was there any changing of lanes. He swerved into my lane and then back into his original lane again. This guy was clearly on his phone and went back to looking at it after giving me that look. There are no assumptions here. One should have a spine and admit to one's mistakes. If you do business with him, expect the same sorts of excuses and short-cuts.
