Clear Water Concepts, Mesa AZ

So far I am very pleased with the service and the whole process with Clear Water Concepts. Joshua, their sales person was informative and cordial. They scheduled the installation the very next day and the service tech was on time and spent extra time to get everything just right. We can already tell a difference in our water. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

I have probably referred 20 people to this company over the prior decade but that will stop today. I had a repair on my 9 year old system, which has a 10 year warranty - apparently I owe a $99 service fee. They won’t stop calling and when I informed the lady on the phone that I have been dealing with an emergency and didn’t have my wallet on me, she became extremely rude and aggressive commenting that nobody goes around without their wallet —- I used to love your company but not anymore.

On top of all of this — my warranty repair was a replacement power cable that cost maybe $10 and I did the majority of the labor myself over the span of 3 hours with the tech in my garage. I ran the extension cords, I provided alternative outlets —- you are lucky the system didn’t burn my house down.

From meeting with Matt (owner), his in-depth knowledge of the science behind soft water and whole house water filtration is second to none. Installation went very smoothly, they explained how to operate and adjust the total filtration, water softener and RO systems.

Bottom line- I’m very impressed and happy with Clear Water Concepts!

I originally had a whole house filter system, I felt like my water smelled like chlorine my skin was dry after my shower. I’m so happy I made the switch to a salt water system, my skin feels great, my hair is not frizzy anymore and my appliances are spot free. The set up was fast and very professional.

Clear Water Concepts is a wonderful company. Family owned and they truly treat their customers like family. I would highly recommend this company for all of your water needs.

After talking to several of the big companies and getting prices that ranged from $1500-6450 A friend told us about Clear Water. Matt contacted me and we talked for about 20 minutes regarding our needs. I told him that I saw a dual tank system on their website that I thought would work. He explained that, that softener was more than we needed and suggested a different one but with a higher capacity. After having a scheduling issue on our end his team installed the system and 3 weeks later we are thrilled with the differences that we can feel, see and taste. Thank you Matt. We will refer everyone that we can.

I called and spoke with Matt (the owner) regarding a water system. I’m new to AZ and have never had to deal with hard water. He was great and explained the different systems to me. They were out two days later and installed the system. The tech that came out was professional and courteous. I definitely recommend Clear Water Concepts to anyone looking for a water treatment system!

I had a water softener installed a couple months ago by Art. Everything went smooth with the exception of the RO install. He ran into some difficulty w/removing a corroded valve or part that needed to be cut off. I really appreciated Art’s effort and he stuck with it and got it resolved. The only issue I had after the initial install was the water flow out of the fridge was really slow. I called the main office and someone came out a week later and apparently, the fridge was positioned where the water line had been crimped reducing the water flow. Overall, my wife and I are satisfied and felt that Clear Water Concepts was a solid choice, especially considering their cost was extremely competitive!

Wonderful company to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly, explained all my options, on time and very efficient. I will use every year for filter changes and system checks.

I researched the area as we needed a new water softener. I went with these guys because I spoke with the owner and he was very thorough in explaining the process. Great system and great warranty. Then Art came out and installed the unit. Professional job. He explained everything to me and cleaned up perfectly and took the old unit away. I live in Gilbert. I highly recommend their products. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing customer service from start to finish! A few of our friends/family and neighbors recommended them so I called for a quote. They did a great job educating me based on my household needs and had me scheduled and installed a week later. Then Eric explained how everything worked and how to maintain our system. Price was also very competitive. We are satisfied customers!

I never post reviews but after the service I received I felt I absolutely had to give CWC 5-stars. These guys know how to do business! Installation, price and customer service are all top notch. I will happily recommend them to everyone I know.

For water softeners, you could go anywhere in the valley and you'll get the same product/different sticker. After a ton of quotes, a pattern began to form: the honest plumbers were upfront that their product is the same as their competitors, and some contractors were sneaky/opportunistic about this. I will say there is a well-reviewed Gilbert plumber (not these guys, a diff.company) that you should watch out for that uses fear tactics claiming their softener is the only brand that doesn't leak in the valley - this is wrong/immoral and I confirmed this with their manufacturer - let me tell you, plumbers in AZ won't buy softeners from out of state bc of our unique water requirements. Meaning NO MATTER which plumber you go through here, you're going to get the SAME two manufacturers and they equally have the same probability of leaking, as their manufacturing process is almost identical. I chose this company because they didn't stoop to these fear tactics, very honest/transparent, more affordable, go the extra mile, family owned for almost 3 decades, take pride in their work and offer the best limited warrantee I could find. I was able to afford a filter on my softener which adds years to its lifespan and with that add-on it was still cheaper than competitors! Art, the plumber, was phenomenal! He has changed my impression of plumbers forever, and I hope there are more people like him. 20 minutes early! So caring, without asking he did some extra lifting so the equipment was more accessible and saved us space.   He was so attentive to the details and did really clean meticulous work, I didn't feel worried about him scuffing my home. Without asking, he wiped down the surrounding areas of my home, he was very detail oriented. He completed the job early although was cautious and didn't cut corners. The whole team is comprised of awesome human beings, people that care and that you want responsible for the safety of your water. Happy to support such a gem of a company, and loving the crisp taste of our alkalized RO & softened water! We did all the footwork for you, try these guys out. It really paid off for us, saved so much money and had a superior install job. Clearly, Clear is the best.

Just had the CLR-148-Sani system installed. Better price than conpetition and quality priducts. They did a great job on the install and were very friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend.
