The comment about we did not want to fix your item is not a true statement. The fact is we are a heavy equipment repair shop. The repair you requested was not within the scope of work we perform. After calling several companies to get quotes on an item that my towing truck needed to get fix this is the company I decided to go with.it is April 7th 2020 3: 31 p.m. I came to drop off a towing truck to get something fixed I was willing to pay maybe a little bit over $1,000 due to the issue that needs to get fixed but the gentleman working here today on April 7th 2020 declined services just because he didn't feel like fixing it or working on it is what he said why even come to work if you're just going to straight up tell customers that you don't feel like fixing it because it is very difficult to fix okay. I didn't catch the guys name I'm not sure if he was a manager or just an employee but that's not the way you treat customers.

This company was a life saver. 1st Cliff answered my call on his cell phone at 7 pm on a Friday night, apparently he has calls forwarded. I had an emergency axle repair, for a truck in Phoenix, Im located in Ft. Worth TX. Cliff put me in touch with Frank on of his guys, who handled everything from Logistics, Fixing of the Axle because apparently this particular model was not being made anymore to getting my truck back on the Road.
He was referred to be by other companies in the Phoenix area, and i cant say enough good things about these guys. The Cost was under budget and the repair ahead of schedule. If you need anything done and it involves Welding, You need to use this company. My only regret is that they are in Glendale and not closer to me because i d be using them more. Thank you Cliff and Frank, for an outstanding job guys.
