Matt Radman at coach works is probably the only auto body mechanic in town who truly has the best interest of his customer at heart. He will make sure that your car gets repaired correctly or he will die trying. Even though my vehicle was a total loss. He walked me through the process. Told me how to deal with the insurance company and even took a look at the new car I was going to buy. One thing he helped me to realize was that when looking for a new car. The internet price is typically the best price you're going to get from a dealership. So if the Internet pricing for a vehicle is out of your budget don't waste your time trying to talk them down. And don't let your insurance tell you that you can talk them down, its just not true. Thanks for your help and support Matt.

Took my 2018 Ram 3500 Dually PU in after an accident. I am very glad I selected Coach Works to complete the body work and repairs. The Insurance Adjuster tried to down play the amount of the damage because on the surface it didn't look like much. However, Coach Works fought to make sure that my truck was returned as good as new. Matt was very professional, courtesy and kept me informed as the repairs progressed. They delivered my truck in excellent condition and within the time frame estimated. I would strongly encourage anyone who needs body work to select Coach Works!

The owners are as genuine and honest of business owners you'll ever come to meet. Most body shops take as much of your insurance money they can get away with, cut corners on repair, and pocket the bulk of that money. Leaving you and your family unknowing and in an unsafe vehicle. Not here. These people care about doing it right or not at all. Had a couple jobs performed here and have always been pleasantly surprised and impressed by their attention to detail and honesty.

I have never experienced such amazing customer service and hand holding through the entire insurance and repair/total process as I have with Coach Works. I already knew they were good by the people I knew who had used them, but until I had the unfortunate accident that lead me to using them myself, did I experience it first hand. Though I never want to have another car accident, if it ever happens, I will never take the vehicle to anyone but Coach Works Auto Body again.

I won't go anywhere else. Matt has done everything for my vehicles from changing the oil to bringing a totaled car back from the dead for over a decade now. Amazing friendly staff and you'll always be treated like family.

I just had my first accident and I couldn’t have had a better experience from a body shop. Everyone was so nice and helped me every step of the way! They were very thorough and professional and explained the process and kept me updated daily. No communication, they change the rates on you to pay their rent not help you fix a vehicle. When we came to get the car back they parked the truck between two tow trucks to keep anyone from taking a car without paying their hiked up rate which was double of what was estimated. Most of the reviews on this site are friends or family. Not a business worth losing money to.

Matt and the team at Coach Works did a great job working on getting the insurance claim finalized and repairing the damage without a hassle to me. They also helped me get my truck back to driving safe again and making sure that i had a reliable vehicle everyday. This family owned shop definitely puts the customer first. GreatJob!

The insurance companies try to cheat everyone out of money and make claims processes a huge pain.
Coach Works was extremely helpful with my claim and got me a lot more money for my total loss claim. LISTEN to them! They coached me through dealing with the insurance companies.
