Best car wash within budget.unlimited car wash with many choices and it is the place where the car will be cleaned thoroughly by the experts and also the car can get serviced.

Pulled up in my dually not sure if I'd fit and Julian and Kevin went out of their way to ensure I would. Julian even walked the entire wash with my truck to make sure everything was OK! I'm so jazzed I have a car wash to go to where my dually will fit with my custom rims, thanks to the Guide at the tunnel too, sorry I didn't get his name, but he was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing and communicated with Julian the whole time. I'm sold on Cobblestone! Love this store, bought the Platinum membership even if it is just soap and water!

Outstanding management. My left side mirror was broken during a car wash and management bent over backwards to correct the issue. The best experience with any company under a devastating situation, and you can tell that this particular manager cares about the company’s brand, mission, and vision. Literally went from thinking the worse, to thinking the best of Cobblestone. Great job!

I can try to write a review for you, but please note that this is only a fictional example and not based on any real experience. Here is what I came up with:

I had a great experience at Cobblestone Auto Spa on the S. E.corner of 19th avenue and Happy Valley Road. The staff was friendly and professional, and the service was fast and efficient. More importantly, the standards were all around to my liking from the up-kept grounds- to the tip top staff here along with the smooth hood on my Audi A4 when i roll out of here.
My car looked amazing after running a PLATINUM wash/detail/wax cycle on my vehicle! Onwards the 3 staffmembers running the whole operation tonight were all just so hospitable and available at a moments notice, and fulfilled every need i had asked for help with during my 1 hour visit.
This review itself though goes to the young gentleman I especially want to thank; as i didn’t have the chance to in person. This employee’s name was Garrett, who went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the results. He was very attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the different options and packages to me, and helped me choose the best one for my needs and budget. He also gave me some useful tips on how to maintain my car's appearance and performance. He was very personable and made me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend meeting Garrett on your evening visits along with Cobblestone Auto Spa.

They are my personal favourite local washing garage to get a quick and clean shine for an easy and affordable dime!

Careful with your car. We’ve been going to the happy valley location without issue. Drove my car through tonight and felt my car get moved by the lower rollers which is abnormal. Park to dry my car off and see scratches from the front drivers side all the way to the back. Mind you I have a brand new 2023 vehicle that has a ceramic coat on it. The workers proceeded to tell me it’s from wiping the car. No sir those aren’t swirls and it was noticed before a towel even touched my car. Good luck getting a hold of anyone at corporate either.

Kevin was more than amazing our car was still dirty and he took care of us! I will return here over and over what amazing customer service.

The new management team sucks. The new manager seems emboldened to just say no.

Unfortunately, we will be canceling our commercial fleet as well as our personal vehicles.

I'm so disappointed with this company. Just throw foam on the car at the beginning and the rest of the car stays almost dry. On Happy Valley in Phoenix they wash only the beginning of your car, the rest remains untouched.

Excellent car wash! I’ve had a monthly membership her for about 6 months and love it. Always stocked with moist towels neatly stacked. Car wash attendants are friendly, everything works. Vacuums are super powerful.

Where do I begin? The onus first off, IS on me. Picture. You faithfully pay your dues every month for services rendered. You negligently ASSUME (onus) you have SOME security. Boy was I incorrect. As I said, Where do I begin? List: Broken windshield caused by them. Front grill trim "ripped " off hood. Stripped clear coat. Plus a few more things. Such as they don't vacuum properly or really at all. There IS MORE however I will digress. I was refused compensation for ANY of these Plus events. All separate by the way. I paid for all damages caused by COBBLESTONE out of MY OWN POCKET. Simply PITIFUL the way they "say " they conduct business. Final words. SIMPLY SAD IF ONLY I COULD BE COMPENSATED FOR WHAT I'VE HAD TO FIX. BOTTOM LINE. IF IT WAS ON MY CAR WHEN I PULLED IN IT SHOULD STILL BE ON MY VEHICLE WHEN IT COMES THROUGH "YOUR" CARWASH. IF NOT ONLY YOU COULD BE NEGLIGENT. THINK I SHOULD SUE FOR MY MONEY BACK. AND I HAVE RECEIPTS FOR SERVICES RENDERED DUE TO YOUR COMPANY'S SERVICE. OR LACK OF. I have receipts.

It has been difficult to cancel. I came in with the correct card and everything. The person on staff told me verbally that he cancelled it. I check my account and he charged me early instead. Straight up lied. This was on 8/14/23 around 10 am.

Absolute trash. Their machines left a 2in dent in my hood and left some sticky substance along it. Refused to take any responsibility which is ridiculous considering the dent is likely $300 to fix and I have been spending more than that here per year on both my vehicles for years. Moronic business decision considering I am now taking my business to SuperStar Carwash. Lol what a bunch of idiots.

Not real thrilled about this place they charge 22 dollars for the deluxe wash, and the vehicle doesn't look that great afterwards

I have 3 cars on the unlimited plan. Recently they have cut back to very little soap. The cars are never close to clean when they get through. Bugs all over bumper and windshield. They told my wife they are cutting back to save money. Guess I’m canceling my three memberships.

Jose the manager and Matthew and employee were exemplary employees with great customer service. I am from Texas and would have signed up for the monthly unlimited plan but we do not have amazing car washes like this one near me. This would be a great deal for me and my family and an amazing car wash.

Due to a new policy of absolutely NO vehicles are allowed to get car washes at Cobblestone with aftermarket roof racks, I have cancelled my membership. I have been turned away at two different locations due to a policy change they didn't inform any of us members about accordingly and we have to find out after waiting in line. Shame on Cobblestone. Your marketing and executive team can do better. Sad to take my business somewhere else. Thank you

Good wash, I think it could be a little slower, doesn’t always go slow enough to dry my cars. The employees are always friendly and professional. All of them. Vacuums always have suction and the towels are always full. Overall, good, clean well managed car wash.
