Cobblestone Auto Spa; Cave Creek - Cave Creek & Tatum

This car wash rejected my wife from getting her car washed, was the car dirty yes but they wanted to upcharge her $60 to spray it down before it went thru. Have a monthly membership with them on another - cancelled!

I have been taking my sedan here for a few months now and I usually get great service and a great wash. However this last time I went, I had such a bad experience with one of the employees that I no longer have any desire to come back to this facility. He was very pushy and rude, borderline disrespectful. Its sad because the owner of this facility in particular is a wonderful gentlemen, and most of the employees are kind and do great work. Unfortunately I did not ask the rude employee for his name, I simply went somewhere else to get my car taken care of.

I felt pretty good. The guys were all friendly. The hand dry crew was working really hard. The detail polish guy was friendly and tried hard. I like to come and stay in my car when they dry and polish. I have 2 little kids and they like it and I can chill out for 30 mins. A great service to our family!

Husband took our brand new car there for a wash. Car came off the track and they are trying everything to blame us even when we discredit every one of their excuses. Tried to say he applied brakes but then admitted the video showed no brake lights. Admitted it should not have happened and offered to buffer out the scratches but when we said you can't buffer out the dents and it needs a real repair, refuse to do anything. Huge likely multimillion dollar company refusing to take responsibility for their machines malfunction. Pretty sure that is what their insurance is for but refused to give us their insurance info

Joey is awesome! Best place for car wash in town. So thankful they are in my neighborhood! Definitely recommend.

This was the worst service I’ve received in 7 years of coming to Cobblestone …. The oil change mechanic was rude and very pushy for time it was on a Sunday and probably wanted to get out of there as quick as possible, oil changes usually take 20min and they did it in 8 min …it seemed like they didn’t even change my oil,
They didn’t put a sticker in my window and I also paid $130 to get my car washed, waxed and buffed …I wanted some scratches buffed out and the tech said they could do it but they didn’t …so disappointing and I’m never coming back

They do a great job, and they’re always kind and helpful from the person who starts the wash, to the cashier, to the person who finishes the wash. Stopped for a wash today and didn’t realize that I didn’t have cash on me for a tip. I profusely apologized to the man who finished the wash. His name was Ethan, and he actually said to me very sincerely, “it’s OK. I promise! Just your presence is enough. ” How kind! Thank you Ethan!

The Ultimate car wash was far from 'Ultimate'. I had to return to the facility because several issues were noticed driving home. Spots on the windshield, spots on the right-side mirror, spots on the hood.

The second run through was better, but when I examined the results onsite I noticed some of the same issues on the roof, trunk, and fenders. The outside supervisor had to follow me around as I pointed out the various things missed even on the second run through the carwash.

I will give them one more try before cancelling the Ultimate package. However, at $39 for the Ultimate wash, and a $5 tip, I expected much better results.

Horrible - it took 40 minutes because a customer was complaining about her service. I should have saw that as an omen. When I got on the road, I checked out the back, and the seats, mats and carpet was filthy. The front interior was missed. They did manage to clean the tires and it was driven through the car wash but you don't spend $40 for that.

Overpriced. But that's not even the bulk of my issue. Management, something really should be done with the employees who run the inside of the store. For starters, can someone anyone please allow these women to go make a run to the bank? Literally everytime I am in there they complain in harmony they don't have any change, bang around in their drawers and proceed to ignore everyone in line. Not any of them was what I would call helped JJ heyyy

Still the best wash and service in the valley! We come here every week and our vehicles look brand new because of the detail and time they spend on every vehicle.
Today they had cupcakes and cookies for our kids! There is NO better car wash.

Car washes are nice but my doors haven’t been wiped down on the inside. I got the Ultimate which should have that as a service.
Ppl are always friendly & it’s a clean store.

I purchased the ultimate wash, expecting an excellent wash & vacuume for that price. When my car was ready, i said to the cleaner the carmats still have some dog hair on them. His response "we did the best we could. But if you want to purchase the pet care cleaning for $50 more we can do it again. " Hell no! I wont be back to this place.

The employee straight up said “you want an oil change? In YOUR car? Does your hood even open? ”

I said yes, it does. My car has some cosmetic damage from a long time ago that I haven’t been able to get to.

“No, I don’t think so. I don’t feel comfortable giving your car an oil change”

Without even looking under my hood, in the nastiest tone ever. Just about ruined my day.

I usually do the express wash here and dry and detail my own car. The staff has always been super friendly. They always have dry towels available and the vacumes are always in working condition.

Can't really speak for the full service wash but my car does cone out clean from the express wash so I will give them 5 stars for that.
