***** PROGRESS on 10/21/23 ***** I got the refund check, I got calls from the store manager, from customer service and e-mails from accounting. At this point I can finally consider this case closed.

***** PROGRESS***** I got emails from accounting, from customer service, and a call from a local store manager. Accounting informed I'm getting my check within a few days, customer service is working to fix things. More updates soon.

***** THIS IS TO SHOW HOW BAD THINGS ARE GOING. I DID NOT POST ON YELP. I SENT IT VIA FACEBOOK MESSAGE AND ALSO SENT IT TO THE MENTIONED EMAIL***** ON FACEBOOK SOMEONE SAID A MANAGER WOULD CALL ME SHORTLY. GUESS WHAT? NO CALL SO FAR!

I purchased a detailing service in a promo. The service was delivered in the form of a gift card. I few minutes later I regretted purchasing it and requested a refund. Filled out all the forms at the store and since September 2nd, 2023 I've been waiting to get the refund. I tried calling direct to the store to ask the status and they say it's a corporate process and it can take up to 30 days to get the money back. I tried to call the corporate number and I left at least 3 voice mails and I never got a return. Today I went to the store and no one could help again. They said they don't have any access to any systems to check the status. I asked them to call corporate in front of me and they said they couldn't and that they get to a voice mail too. I'm a month-to-month customer and I'm perplexed by how badly I've been treated just because of $165 refund. At this point, I see my only option is to open a dispute for the credit card charge.

My last time in was very quick they sprayed the front and back of my windows witch was a first they had full clean blue wash rags so my experience was very good this and every time

Buyer beware! They are unethical and not customer-considerate. Had the Platinum wash yesterday. When I got home it looked like pollen on the windshield. It wouldn't come off. It's all over my car and feels like sandpaper. Went back today and they were neither apologetic nor helpful. Told me that it is "overspray" and not their fault, however they tried to sell me a detailing package to remove the grit. I am sure it is the products they used.

Your staff in the back needs to work on their customer service skills and know how to relate and communicate with customers. Very dismissive and disrespectful. I have three vehicles on my account (platinum memberships) and I'm seriously thinking of canceling them.

Class B RV fits in the bay which we really appreciated. Our RV is 9'8" tall and just fits in the clearing of about 10'5". Tyler, the tech was very nice and extremely helpful. We have been 2 times now and will continue to go to this location from here on out. Plus, I got to let my inner child out and played with the soap gun while we watched the cars go through the car wash.

This car “wash” has me conditioned to believe that there is supposed to be dirt all over the paint and dust all over the interior after a $30 wash. If you’re cool asking them for a rag and spray and wiping it down yourself after every wash, this is the place for you.

My husband and I got the platinum wash on both of our cars. When we got home, we both noticed how poor of a job was done on each of our cars. We came here for the convenience of it being closest to our home but will be going else where next time

I have been a cobblestone member for a while. I have canceled it due to the quality of washes. They are no where near what they used to be. Today got my truck oil changed and washed, spent $200 and had to wash it again myself when I got it home. They cake the armor all, all over the tires and it flings off the tires and plasters my truck. It has happened to many times even when asking for tire dry. Quality control guys need new training cause quality is gone at this car wash.

This place is a mess, I only use them because they're close to home, but membership management is a joke. The amount of hoops to jump through to switch cars or add cars, or change plans, is a nightmare

Doing oil change today, they broke the driver side control. After they washed the car They told me it was loose and broken already. This was the manager and general manager telling me this. Don’t you think I’m not going to notice this when it’s at the driver side, do you? Now I need to pay $300 for repairs, they even said sorry! Never coming back to that freaking place.

Cobblestone lost our business today. We went in for an oil change and they broke an interior piece of my car. They lied and said it was already broken and claimed no responsibility. They reviewed security footage, but would not let us see it. We now have to pay for an expensive new piece to be ordered from the dealership because one of Cobblestone's employees damaged my car.

This place has been a terrible experience. I went to do a one time wash and reiterated to the kid working I had no interest in the monthly pass. He then proceeds to grab my card to put it in the machine and says one second I’ll be right back. Goes to wherever with my credit card in hand signs me up for a monthly membership with out my knowledge. Returns with no barcode sticker and now I am unable to cancel a membership that I never agreed to in the first place. I have contacted a number of people threw the company and they just send me around and around to the same people. This is terrible business and I should be compensated for the months of payment before it was caught. I can’t believe this seems to be a standard practice for there employees who have all been extremely rude and defensive as if I’m somehow in the wrong here. Someone who can actually help contact me asap. Also they do a pretty poor job cleaning the vehicle and they will fight with you that and interior cleaning doesn’t include actually cleaning the interior. 0/10

Terrible car wash. Paid for Platinum wash, ran it thru twice, and still couldn't hardly clean bugs off. Also, something from car wash equipment gouged up front of our car. Recommend you visit amother car wash, that takes pride in customer service and satisfaction.

Take your business elsewhere because this place is a joke! Anytime you roll up there’s ten or more 15-20 year old employees standing around socializing, eating and laughing doing nearly anything but working. And if your unlimited pass doesn’t scan for the system they’ll ignore you for 5-10 minutes before you can have your car washed! Lack of work ethic, professionalism and customer service. Only thing useful is their free vacuums.
