Cobblestone Auto Spa; Glendale - Bell & 51st Ave

First off where do i start from this circus, i arrived to simply get a platinum wash, i pulled up to front and of course per usual got approached by an employee with that crusty ipad.anyways, i just wanted the $39 platinum wash and he kept harassing and pestering me to upgrade to get some sort of conditioner for my interior.i said no, he ran out of his marketing schemes and said “i’ll knock down the price to $52” HUH? The price for platinum is $39.i declined once again only for him to tell me my total was $70 at the end.at this point i’m fed up and ask him how a $39 car wash could possibly have reached $70.he told me he added the conditioner thingy which i initially declined not once but TWICE.after i said NO for the third time, he started harassing me to get the monthly car wash plan.i said can i just please get the plantinum wash and go on my day? ! He wasted my time! I came here on my work lunch break thinking i wouldn’t lose that much time.unfortunately, he tried to scam me.i get it’s a business, but maybe tone down the pestering? At this point i was going back and forth for 10 minutes with him.they make it such a hassle.

This location offers great customer experience. I have had nothing but joy from their service attendant and their store manager - specifically, Rachel. They have gone above and beyond for me with my various vehicles. I have unlimited plans on all of them and I love that I can just pull in and chose to get a full service or quick wash, depending on my time etc. Join their plans. Use their service. You and your car will be happier.

No attention to detail. Pay for Platinum plan, get a basic discount wash. Every time I go here hoping it gets better but remains inconsistent. I don’t want wash my car twice. Going to Cave Creek location, difference in service and professional employees.

Salesman tried relentlessly to sell full wax/detail for $110. Denied him 3 times and bought platinum wash for $22 - streaks all over car. Windows dirty. This place is overpriced and you can get the same wash at any gas station car wash for $5

They refused to give me a works wash without buying a monthly fee. Pushy and nasty. They are trained to badger customers into taking higher levels of cost against their wills. Even tried to sneak a costlier option on my bill against my wishes. Made them take it off. They have done it every time I go there. I have a mind to call the BBB

Came in for an oil change. My oil filter was over tightened by cobblestones mechanic on my 3.6 and smashed the gasket. Had oil leaking all over my vehicle and had to pay for all new gaskets and another oil change. Save time and money and don't come here.

They bombard me with Text Messages. The OPT OUT is disabled. It is illegal to continue to Text without permission. I called the Manager and advised that next one, I am able to sue for damages for between $100 and $500.00 per unwanted Text. She said no more, and hung up.

I would just like to say that Rachel every time I've come here for the past year has been been outstanding employee very courteous kind helpful hire more people like her please enjoy your day

This car wash was a joke. My husband had to come home and clean the whole inside again! And vacuum! He had them run it through twice because it was so bad after the first time! His truck looked like it did when he left hahaha. Very dirty inside and tires were full of mud. Don't waste your money! And they were pushy for other services!

Pretty bad experience waiting an hour for an exterior/interior clean. There are people standing around wondering what a huge line of cars are waiting for with no clarification from the staff

Noah was very helpful in getting my car serviced just after the holiday’s, very awesome staff highly recommend this place!

Have been here multiple times but today I could not get past a pushy salesman trying to upsell a service. I told him several times I don’t want to buy a monthly pass and that I had one before and was not worth it to me. I asked twice if I can please just buy 1 car wash for today but he wouldn’t drop it! So I got back in my car and drove away. There are plenty of car wash places and will not be back. It is too bad that poor and disrespectful service is allowed by the managers.

Cobblestone cleaned & shined my car better than anticipated. Friendly, yet not pushy and clean waiting area.
This skeptic would highly recommend Cobblestone car wash at 51st Ave & Bell in Glendale, if they keep same working teams. Lastly they have a very good package deal that I gladly accepted.

Rachel Lopez-Galvan you are the complete package of great customer service. Everytime you walk in she greets you with a warm welcome great conversation. This place would not be the same if I didn't see your smiling face. Keep up the good work Rachel. I come to this location but live by the Surprise location. However the people that washes my car do a horrible job but Manual the detailer always wipes it down again for me before he does my amazing detail. Thank you Manuel and Rachel for making my experience great all the time.

Sent us a free car wash in the mail, doesnt expire until March 31,2023–the machine wouldn’t accept it and the guy asked me if I had already used the card at their shop. No, your card doesn’t work, and you shouldn’t send people free car washes if you’re not going to actually give someone a free car wash. Ripoff. And your employee didn’t even bother trying to ask anyone else for assistance.

Believe that they are the worst management there at 51 avenue bell road I went this day 11/24/22 9: 40am I walked in and the gate was closed and the workers were going on the side of the road checking another car and looking at it and not paying attention to me this problem is nothing new Rather, many months ago, and I suffered from the delay of these, and I asked to cancel my subscription with them, and he presented me with an offer for 14 99 monthly. Honestly, if the offer was without money, I would never return to this place If there was less than one star I would have used them

I am not one to complain. But the people here were REALLY pushy on adding additional services. To get the guy off my back I say fine to an $80 wash with interior detailing. I get my car back overall looks fine. They didn't do that great of a job vacuuming. But the rims of my tires still have dirt all over them. I am sorry but if I am paying THAT much for a car wash I expect that all of my car is getting washed/cleaned right. I have taken my car to middle school/high school fundraisers and they did a better job of not missing spots on my car AND the rims of my tires are cleaner then what this business did. This hasn't been a single incident the past 2 times I have taken my car there anqd paid almost 40 bucks the rims were still dirty.

These guys are awesome! Bombochas and his brother Topay were amazing! They do an amazing job they hustle left my truck smelling and looking great. I take my truck to them every Thursday or Friday and they never let me down.

My family has been going here for years BUT never again! Took our vehicle in for an oil change and car wash - was told the car wash was $7 to run it through the express wash. Spoke with the service person about being from “up north” as we had some red dust/dirt on the exterior of our Pearl White 4 Runner. The oil change was completed and we were then told the car wash was an extra $25 because of the red dirt. Mind you, we have paid extra before when we had ALOT of red dirt/mud caked on our vehicle and in the wheel wells and undercarriage. This was NOT the case! We had not been off roading and the vehicle was not caked in mud. In fact, three service personnel had seen the vehicle and no extra fee had been mentioned until after the oil change was completed. Definitely a bait and switch tactic After speaking with the manager who was no help at all, my husband left without a car wash and having paid more for an oil change than we would have at Valvoline. BUYER BEWARE! You will be told one thing and then charged another thing! Shame on this business!
