Paid for a hand car wash and it was very fast and overall just decent. The windows were still smudged and definitely not worth the high price.

Fair quality of service, fast and efficient but the bad smells (like sewer) in the car delivery area and tabaco in the lobby is disgusting.

Cobblestone on Cave Creek and Tatum destroyed my vehicles manual transmission. The location has video evidence of my transmission working prior to service and video evidence of the car being worked on. After leaving the location my car no longer had 5th gear or reverse. This is due to the improper bolt being removed during service. I spoke with two store managers and they pulled the video of the incident and are trying to say they are not liable. It makes no sense. They have evidence of negligent repairs done to a vehicle and evidence of the vehicle working properly before service and are refusing to be liable.

At this point if the district manager Matt Patcher does not decide to actually review the case and look at the video footage of the car being improperly worked on the only option is legal action.

Seriously consider other places to bring your car for service in the Phoenix area as this place will try and decline liability for vehicle repair negligence.

Scratched my new car pretty bad. Tried to cancel my plan when i sold my car, and it hasn't, so the next owner is getting free car washes. When you call to cancel, it routes you to the website and you fill out a form that is very difficult to find on their site. It still doesn't work! I even changed my bank card, and nope! It was easier to cancel with Full Circle! Charges thus far $255.

Terrible waste of money! Please do not waste your time or your money here. I believe this whole place is a scam and overpriced as they do the bare minimum, if even that. I am shocked they still have customers. The service guy convinced me to sign up for a 1 month car wash for $35 but I was continually charged more money the next month even though I didn’t sign up for a recurring charge.

Was quite disappointed that for a 40.00 car wash that they could not at least dust the dash correctly. Great job on the mats too. Also spend a little more time on the tire shine. Guess it got past the guy in the red 'quality control' shirt. Terrible.

I went to this car wash 3 weeks ago and purchased unlimited month pass. Cole at the front was very nice, friendly and polite. He’s the reason for not giving one star,

My brand new car went through the wash and then went to detail. When it was ready, I noticed the wheels hadn’t been touched, back bumper still had dirt sitting on it and my windshield was still not clean. When I pointed these things out, the attendant said he was only supposed to wipe dash and door panels. You can see where he did and did not wipe on the dash and doors because none were completely cleaned. When I got home I found whatever cleaner he’d used left the Model Y at the door sill on both front doors spotted. It does not wipe clean, they are ruined.

Today I went back. I’m paying for unlimited. Windshield, wheels and bumper dirty again. Now the inside of my hatch has a white line running from from one side to the other, drivers side mirror is water spotted. Everything that did manage to get wiped was clearly done with a very wet rag as it’s all water spotted.

I won’t be returning to this location again. I hope there’s better service at another location.

I just paid $130 for a detail. After 90 min, I received my car with a copious amount of dirt on every single seat. I complained, and they came to wipe it down for like 5 more mins. I got home to see dirt in crevices everywhere. Quality of service is subpar. I plan to go elsewhere next time, and I have to get a second car wash today to get the spots they missed.

The top tier rating is for the woman who cleaned my car I walked around asking for the person who did my car so I could tip them and the guys pointed out a woman. Man, this employee handed me my keys with a big smile. I gave her the tip not seeing my car yet. I went and saw the car and it was impressive! Way better than the other 2 locations who did my car! WAY BETTER! And when she handed me my keys she didn’t have that face like she was expecting something. She was so kind and professional. I went back and gave her another tip for her phenomenal work. This woman was so sincere and genuinely, just happy! She was amazing! I will continue to come here and ask for her to do my car and I live way closer to two other cobblestones! A simple smile Can change a day and hers really did. As for other reviews, if you want every nook and cranny cleaned then pay for a detail. That’s what the service is called! A detail!

Worst service, they use dirty towels to wipe the windshield it shows at night, never I was satisfied once, and today have the same problem (they never vacuum the car properly, they blame it on the vacuums?) dashboard is never clean I’m telling you stop using dirty disgusting towels on our cars, rims are dirty 10/10 times I come here… I’m canceling my membership and I honestly don’t recommend you waste your money here… spoke to you about it 3 times and you keep ignoring it.terrible place.

Started off badly from the very beginning, the wash sales rep Cole Otto, was very rude and pushy when we declined to do the under carriage power wash. We had just done it the weekend before at home and it did not need it. It has also been our experience there that it takes an extra 25 minutes for someone to do a 5 minute marginal job. He was pushy to the point of saying they might refuse to run the truck through for us!
$32.00 later when the truck was complete there was still visible dirt on the back tailgate, bumpers, hood, lower doors and inside the doors. Not to mention the inside of the front windshield had only been partially done. When paying this kind of money one should not have to bring the vehicle home and spend 30 minutes finishing the job! Horrible customer service, especially the wash sales person!

Levels of service and prices are not posted. Asked for a Basic car wash and was given a slip for $46, $26 for a Supreme Wash and $20 for mud removal. I do not have any mud on the vehicle. I backed out left. Beware if you go there!
