Cobblestone Auto Spa; Tolleson - 91st Avenue & McDowell

Horrible Experience. Would Never Go Back.
Went to this location on 91st Ave & McDowell with a coupon I received on my email for a discount on a Carnauba Wax Wash for $10 but the barcode was dark but there was a letter code under barcode. I went to kiosk and the attendant said she couldn't scan the code and had no way of entering the letter code on the kiosk. No manager available and line started forming behind. I finally just paid for a basic wash and went thru. I contacted Cobblestone thru their website about the experience and a representative responded and asked for more info, so I replied with an explanation of the visit, a copy of my email and my receipt. After 3 weeks with no response, I just gave up which they were probably hoping would happen. There are plenty of other places to go and I will not be returning.

Love this car wash car always comes out clean. I’ve been here a many times and in those times I always see the Manager Juan out cleaning and attending to the customers needs. He is always friendly and will to help if needed!

Went for a car wash and my battery died while I was vacuuming they went out of their way to help me jump start my car, and they know how to have fun at work! Made my situation a lot lighter Lol thanks guys!

All staff at this location are super friendly and professional. The managers Juan & Brian are super easy to deal with and they make sure their customers are happy and taken care of! Definitely my favorite Cobble Stone location.:)

Okay so here is my review. I’ve now tried: super star, quick quack, cobblestone and one other I can’t remember the name.

Pros:
-Entering the car wash: the track that you drive up on is less evasive than the ones that rub your tires if your not perfectly in line. It has like a conveyor belt for your tires so that you can drive up, out in neutral and go.

-more thorough wash and more efficient on the overall wash of the car. Getting the tough spots like (bumpers, back window and wheels)

-free trash bags and dash wipes for all packages.

- 2 different styles of vacuum (one tubular nozzle and one flattened for wider areas)

-air compressor to blow out dust or dry out hard to dry areas.

-towels you can use to clean and return for the next use. All a little moist to help with cleaning. Always in stock. I’ve gone to so many places and there are no towels ever lol

- mat hooks so you can hang and vacuum your mats

- vending machines that take cash only for air fresheners etc

-auto check in for members, sticker is scanned in members line and you drive right thru.

Cons:

-Doesn’t dry the back of the car as well as others.

- have to have that sticker in your windshield and it’s horrible to take off in the case you need to

-I haven’t found an easy way to manage my account online, change credit card for membership etc. (maybe I’m just missing it) others have this option

That wraps it up! Overall cobblestone is my pick!

When it first opened I was offered a deal of $18 per month. A few months down the road I started getting charged $33 per month. I have tried canceling multiple times and next month around I get charged again. They have no one to talk to they ask you to cancel online

Ever since they opened, this my spot to bring my truck. Love Love the customer service, leave with my truck looking spotless.

Your sale person with the big afro was very kind and polite the next time I come back I'm definitely buying a membership from him

I have never had my car dirty in any car wash, it was worse than when it arrived, there is no towel to clean it either, the service is terrible, the facilities are very nice but it is of no use

Went for the first time girl at kiosk was very nice and friendly but then a gentleman came and kinda destroyed my whole experience snatched $10 that I have found and don’t know what happened after that probably kept the money and then pulled up to the start of the car wash lady was on phone and giving bad directions and car came out very dirty

I went Sunday morning to try the new carwash location. I tried the $22 Platinum Wash. I dont know if this is right but the conveyer was a bit fast.did not last 2 minutes. Did not brush the dirt from windshield, back bumber dirt on. And bird feces still on the hood. Girl at starting area suppose to water car down, well she was on the phone. That was my experience and will probably not coming back.

The manager at this location is super friendly and went above and beyond to help with issues caused by the 75th & Encanto location. Employees are also super friendly and location very clean

Awesome place to wash your car. Quality n Service at it's best. Not to mention, a Great management team. Big ups to G. M. Juan!

Fresh new store. Staff is still friendly. The car wash works great and there is space to clean out your car and use the free vacuums. Easy to get into going east or westbound. I'm glad to have this location closer to my own home and will now be able to make better use of my unlimited-wash window sticker.
