Cochise Self Storage, Sunsites AZ

I recently got this listing confused with Cochise Stronghold Storage - which I think is easily forgiven since the names are so similar - and the other place doesn't have any pictures or pricing posted.

So when asked about pictures of the actual unit I was inquiring about, I got a voicemail with attitude from Bruce, who is either the owner or an employee of this storage facility, wondering if I was a 'real person' and insisting that we speak on the phone.

I mean really, if I were a scammer from Nigeria or something, why would I at all be interested in local storage?

And there's nothing wrong with wanting to converse via email either. His message referenced 'back and forth' over email, as though it were some inconvenience to talk to his customers.

Given that I've had over $1,000 worth of damage done by mice in storage units previously, I think it's perfectly reasonable to inquire about what efforts they take to protect their customers from mice here, and if I don't want to have the conversation on the phone, then that's up to me.

Anyway, I just don't want to do business with anyone with this sort of attitude when there are plenty of other options in the area, as it is surely a sign of issues down the line - especially when I now see that at least one previous customer did have issues with mice damaging their stuff at this location. So for these reasons, I'm out.

Wonderful storage facility. Plenty of room between units for vehicles and it has security cameras.

They have mice that get in and on your stuff I was very unhappy have to clean and throw out stuff.
