Lucas and Ryan at coconut cleaning were amazing! They were super friendly with me and my dog, and cleaned the couch so quickly and efficiently!

They even got white paint out of the back of the couch from my little one!

Reached out to coconut cleaning after seeing them advertised on Instagram. They had amazing reviews and I really enjoyed the before/after pics they had to show their work. I had tile and grout cleaning done by Lucas and Ryan and it turned out pretty good in regards to the tile. We have been in our home 4 years and have never had professional cleaning done to our tiles (just did twice weekly vacuum and mopping ourselves). It’s amazing how much dirt can build up in the grout and discolor tile despite constantly mopping. Lucas and Ryan came in and did a deep clean of our flooring which lightened and brightened up our tile ALOT and to its almost original look.

Also, shout out to their customer service reps as well (I’m talking to you Sheri). They have quick response times and I love that you can book, cancel, and communicate via text (super convenient for me as I work 12 hour shifts and can not be available to talk on the phone).

By far the best carpet cleaning I have ever had. My area rug was so dingy and now it looks almost brand new. They also raked the carpet in the flat spots that get walked on a lot and it looks 100 times better. Cleaning I have had in the past do not do this. They mopped up the extra water which also was a first for me. We had Jacob as our tech and he was so precessional and friendly. I cannot recommend them enough.

Jacob and Nick were great to work with, very positive and communicative. Jacob was thorough in explaining the services and they executed perfectly. My carpets and tile floors are looking amazing and smelling wonderful. Would certainly work with these two again in the future. Thanks!

We had a little issue with the billing and Karla helped us get it taken care of and went above and beyond. Things happen, and she made it right. Sheldon did a wonderful job on everything we got done! Carpets, area rug, car carpets cleaned. I was so impressed!

The staff over the phone was very nice and answered all my questions. AJ cleaned our tile, carpet and area rug and everything turned out amazing. AJ was very professional and gave me all options I could include in the service. Pricing was very reasonable and will likely have Coconut come do our floors in the future!

I can’t say enough good things. These guys lived up to all their previous reviews. Hayden and Cole were prompt, clear, helpful, courteous, friendly and just all around awesome. We had 7 rooms of carpet completed, our travertine shower, and a ton of travertine cleaned. All amazing. I will be calling them back!

My couch got a stain on it, and could use an overall cleaning. Looked around at some local companies and after reading the reviews for Coconut cleaning I felt they were the way to go. 100% satisfied. Couch looks brand new, large sectional, they definitely went above and beyond and put in the work. The reps who came out Lucas and Ryan made sure we were completely satisfied before they left and definitely took pride in their work. Will be calling them again to get our floors done next.

I received a text from our techs 30 minutes prior to the appointment, as promised, which I appreciated. Lucas and Ryan were friendly, ready to answer any questions and quick to get to work. We had two 9' x 12' area rugs and one room of carpeting cleaned and the price was very reasonable. It only took them about 30 minutes and they were careful to place guards on all the corners of the walls to prevent any damage from the hose. I'm pleased with how the rugs look and would definitely recommend this team and this business.

Nano and his partner were so awesome! They were friendly from the moment he called me letting me know he was headed over, and all throughout the service!
He was very informative and let me know if all the services recommended! Nano had great customer service, would definitely ask for him next time we need anything done in our home!

Everything about my experience with Coconut Cleaning Co.has exceeded my expectations. Office staff was friendly and helpful. My text communication confirming my time window 2 days before service was incredible and the say of service received a call w a 5 minute arrival warning. With a busy schedule w work and children in school, this level of communication is so appreciated.
Now the service…
I have 15+ year old tile throughout my house which is a hard stubborn clean. I’ve had other services and have never been “wowed. ” Today I finally received my “wow. ”
I also had three bedrooms of carpet. With Hayden’s blacklight, I was shown our lovely pet markings and he assured and educated me that they could take care of it.
2 hours later I walked in to a fresh smelling (non-chemical) house. My grout never looked better, stubborn black shadows lifted, bedroom carpet looks like it did 15 years ago.

Hayden called ahead of time so i knew when he’d arrive. He got here and went over the rooms and my options. He also shared about other services we may need in the future. He wasn’t sales or pushy. Carpet looks amazing and smells great!

Coconut Carpet Cleaning is awesome, they go out of there way to please. They didn't ask for a review but left me wanting to give one. The customer service is incredible we've used them more than once so they weren't just having a good day. Their people are always in a good mood. The office Personel is so friendly you want to talk to them. The more work the do the better the deal they give you. Coconut Cleaning, Mango Pest Control and Aguve window replacement are fabulous companies, all with the same customer satisfaction values I wish more companies had such standards.

The techs were super friendly, called to let me know they had earlier availability to see if I wanted it and showed up on time. They did a great job and were very informative of the process. The best part was that the total was actually what they quoted me which has literally never happened with any other carpet cleaning company. I did do an add on they recommended but it wasn't in a sales-y way but more in an FYI way. They ran my card where I could see it and it was really a great experience. Will totally use them again. We already use their sister company Green Mango for pest control and are very happy with them.
