I asked for an extra shot and I literally got a chocolate smoothie. Paid 6+ dollars for that? The chocolate smoothie had a good flavor tho just wished it had the espresso shots I’d asked for.

Coffee exchange is my new favorite spot. Been going there since 2nd quarter of 2020 and the staff is friendly, they even remember me and what want. The location is nice, plus the coffee is good and I dont need a bunch of sugar to get it just right!

Iced coffee is very good and the staff are very friendly! Would recommend to anyone who enjoys a nice quiet environment.

Absolutely love this place! Great Americanos, and the jalapeño cheddar bagel is amazing! Very friendly staff. I would choose this place over Starbucks any day!

Nice clean inside and out my sisters and their kids and my mom all sat on the patio very nice atmosphere the employees very nice a very nice time

Everything is always perfect here. I love that they have vegetarian food options as well there great!

Excellent coffee but can be a little slow at times with food and beverage orders. When no one is in line pull up to the window. The talking menu sometimes is on the fritz and you will have a hard time hearing anything.

Drive thru option is helpful. Indoor area is much larger than I thought and had plenty of table room. They have a lot of coffee and tea options. A list of their flavors are set at the counter which is really helpful. Service was great, barista brought my coffee out to me, but it also wasn't very busy when I went. They have food as well, snacks and sandwiches. If you need a place to spend some time working on something, this is it.
They have free wifi and also have a printer if you need one.

My go to spot for coffee. Besides that the lunches are great, and it always works well for a place to meet clients, vendors, etc. Staff and owner are fantastic. Love the U of A allegiance as well!

Been here on multiple occasions visiting Tucson. The first time I had a much better experience. Each time I ordered a mocha, they’ve progressively gotten sweeter and sweeter. The last I had was so sweet it tasted of chocolates milk, not for my liking sorry. I can’t comment on the baked goods. Black coffee was/is good, fair trade. Service is always super, tip high here they are all students.

Not very much has changed over the years since I managed this location in early 2000 to late 2002. The drinks are still consistent, bear claw is delicious, drive thru is still backed up and dining room is packed. The signs that business is well. One of the best locally owned coffee shops I've visited from coast to coast. Maybe it's the scenery? Maybe it's the coffee.

Favorite Tucson owned and operated coffee spot. Heads up everything better than Starbucks at everything.

This is some of the best coffee in town. If you like something a little thicker like a shush or milkshake try and extreme you won't regret it. The baked goods are pretty good as well and it's pretty rare I do not get something that tastes fresh.

This place is great! I just found out they have really good food options through the drive-through. I got a Mediterranean salad and it was way better than I expected. It was even better than most sit down restaurant salads. If you want a quick healthy option, I highly recommend coffee x change.

What a great place to enjoy wonderful drinks. The staff is so friendly & they remember your name. It's like Cheers w/o liquor. The coffee is perfect, roasted here! Jonathan, owner, is delightful with assurance your visit will be perfect. The menu has a variety of selections. All terrific.

The food is amazing, tasty, and unique. This is the first and last stop I make when visiting Tucson. The mushroom burger is delicious!
