Cognizant Technology Solutions reviews
12Due to being threatened by these people today I had to take down my review. Luckily the paperwork was filed for the EEOC violations so retaliation is also on the table. Funny how these are all against corporate policy, but they are claiming I'm the one in violation. It is clear now the harassment comes from multiple people within the corporation and these people will be outed for their criminal behavior. Have a great day. PS wouldn't recommend working for this company or using any of the products they work on.:) But they are still using unlicensed software on all of their computers.despite being a software company.
After applying I was contacted and asked to come in and take an assessment. I go in on May 8th to take the assessment, and meet with Shauntina McAllister who instructs me how to begin the assessment and informs me that she will get back to me by the end of the day with my results and schedule an interview for me if I pass. I finish the assessment head home and get ready for work. The day goes by and I hear nothing. The next day I take off work in hopes I will hear something back. Time goes by and I still haven't heard from her so I begin calling to try and get a hold of her. I eventually give up and send an email to her asking her if she had had time to look at my results, and I don't get a reply until almost 6 o'clock in the evening that she will call me the next day (today: May 10th). I take off work again to wait to hear back. After 11 I start calling and it takes 2 hours for me to get her on the phone just for her to tell me I passed my assessment, but that there is no times available for an interview because the class for May is full. So now that I have taken more than 1 day off with the company I have been working for I am essentially out of a job, and I wasn't even given a chance to interview for another.
Probably the worst company I have ever worked for. They are SO unorganized and unprofessional. There are cases of harassment within the company. If you are not a TM or TL you are treated so poorly because you're easier to replace. You are seeing the worst stuff for 8 hours straight and expected to sit in silence. No talking. No music. Silence. Very depressing!
Very unorganized and unprofessional onboarding process. This company tried to convince me that I have a clear background when I know 100% that is false. They then strangely found the charge they confirmed I did not have and declined my hiring. I had already made the decision not to join such an odd place that lies about background check results. They pay well and offer a variety of shifts as well as day1 benefits.
Great place to work at, ive been here for over 1 year now and still like it a lot. People are very friendly and helpful to you, and it has great benefits. It also has training and development of skills for the employees who want to develop more than one skill set
Myself and a few other co workers from a different employer found out about this job together. We filled out the application at the same time, I have more experience than all of them as far as any of these positions are concerned.they all got called back right away and hired. They were all Hispanic, I’m black hmmmmmmm
Great place to work. Parking garage for staff. 2 hour parking for visitors. Also, dirt lot for staff as overflow parking.
This place is amazing. Great people. Great environment. It's not only different but a familial environment. People are so caring. It surprised me at first but easy to get used to.
This place seems predjudice, as they believe only a certain ethnicity can do the SIMPLE job they’re hiring for. No diversity in here at all its pathetic!
I have been with Cognizant for a year and a half roughly. They pay well and have multiple projects to work on. They love to promote from within and offer an internal training program for some advanced positions. It is Indian owned and thus cultural differences can affect interactions with management. Overall a great company.
This is a fantastic company whom I have personally worked for almost a year now. There is a lot of room for growth within the company and everyone is extremely accepting.
