Very professional, kind and not pushy at all. After Brian, we had Mario C, Richard S, Edgar P and Jared T come and remove two old AV systems and two old furnaces and replaced new systems.

They did an outstanding and professional job. Very kind and kept me informed through each step. Placed two new thermostats and a purification system as well. They arrived on time and when they finished, they left everything like they had found it. Very clean!

Excellent service from Carson and Jose and our salesperson Bryan. Actually everyone we dealt with at this company gave extremely excellent customer service. We moved our air conditioner unit to a new location and we couldn’t be happier with the final result of the new installation completed by Carson and Jose!

Service was great but I have a warranty and was upset about how much it still cost even with the warranty you can never get ahead.

Michael performed our fall/winter service. He is a pleasure to deal with. Always professional and courteous.

I called and told them exactly what my problem was and they said they would send someone out for $89. He got here and pushed the reset button on the thermostat, that was it. They could/should have told me to try that first, but no they didn't.

Bought Lennox HVAC through the Costco program. Collins was the contractor. Crew leader Chris G.was on time and professional the entire day. Care was taken not to damage anything in the home, and they thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. We were very pleased with the install. Since it's only been a month I can't comment on reliability or service, but the unit is working fine and is so much quieter than the one we had before (York). Looking forward to lower APS bills when AC season arrives.

This is the second time I have used Collins for new HVAC units. While the prices have gone up they are still a good deal. Each employee that has come to my house has been very professional and easy to work with. We had Chris G and his crew come out to install our new systems. They arrived on time and took great care to keep our house clean. The quality of service and professionalism is why I keep using Collins Comfort Masters. I would highly recommend this company for all your HVAC and Plumbing needs.

A professional, punctual, and friendly technician did maintenance on my soft water and RO system. 4/5 stars for the bill did not have a breakdown of cost, just a quantity of parts and service and final cost. A breakdown of service and parts cost would be appropriate.

Apparently they bought "All about Water". I had my yearly maintenance on my water softner. The tech was terrible.he just tried to upsell everything (had in Oct 30,2021). He pushed the bypass which messed up my system.another tech came, had to pay another fee and the bypass was now broken and had to pay this fee too.requested a call from the manager and still waiting.do not recommend for any water treatment

Spoke to George who refunded my money and is having another tech out to fix the problem.

Collins personnel have been very professional and reliable in their installation and maintenance of our heating and air systems.

Were great. We had to replace one of our AC units and they were very straight forward with us. Also helped to find any discounts that he could. Would definitely recommend and are planning to use again.

Tyler was excellent repairing our water softener. He explained everything he did and what maintenance I needed to perform to keep my unit running efficiently.
