Hotel Comfort Inn reviews
19Good location. Comfortable bed, clean, and breakfast was good but I can’t understand why there are no towel racks. There was no place to hang the towels.
Its ok but way over priced. No hot water. So showers are cold. Breakfast 1 coffee pot with 20 people trying to use it. Thin walls you can hear everything next to u. Parking is not great. However bed was ok. Tv is tiny. Not worth 200 a night.
This hotel will double book your reservation. Won't bother to tell you until your there. 0 accountability taken by them. Reserve at your own risk.
Looks nicer from outside, room needed some TLC. Water leak marks on ceiling and bathroom kinda "worn". Nice folks working there though, great service!
Fine for a couple of nights. Rough part of town. Lots of low-class folks at hotel next door yelling and cursing. The hotels are side by side, so you could not ignore the crazies next door at the Super 8. Many homeless in the area. The hotel itself is fine. Room was clean. Staff was super nice, especially the man checking us in. We had trouble with the bending machine. He got us cold waters we were wanting and delivered them to the door! That was really nice. Pool and jacuzzi very clean. Breakfast not great. OWNERS, STOP MAKING THOSE RUBBER BALLS YOU CALL HARD-BOILED EGGS. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY NASTY. YOU COULD SAVE FROM FOOD WASTE BY JUST MAKI G SCRAMBLED EGGS. OR HAVE YOUR COOK LEARN HOW TO MAKE HARD-BOILED EGGS. Also, the omelets are gross. Save yourself the cost of cheap cheese. The second day there were no eggs. Also, the waffles were not good. Maybe check the batter recipe.
Arrived late in the evening from Phoenix. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good. But most important, had an issue with payment because of the late arrival (after 2a.m.) - we were accidentally charged twice. Once I realized this (a week after the stay) I called Manager Sylvia Portillo and she was so helpful and immediately fixed the error - she was so kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this place for the clean rooms, good breakfast, and great manager.
Good cheap place to stay in a pinch. For longer stay try the Comfort Suites across town. They have great breakfast it was clean and the suits were spacious.
I came down from Prescott to visit Tuscan and wanted a comfortable but not too expensive hotel to stay for the weekend. And this Comfort Inn did that perfectly!
The staff are extremely sweet. And the hotel was kept very well maintained! My room was super clean and I enjoyed the quality of life features like a mini-fridge and microwave inside my room. And it just felt really cozy I couldn't have asked for more.
I really recommend this Inn if you're looking for an inexpensive stay, that is extremely comfortable. Thank you Comfort!
As far as Comfort Inn goes, it’s average. Staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful. It’s not the cleanest Comfort I’ve ever been in, but definitely not the dirtiest. Housekeeping could probably do a little better cleaning up after the previous guests…like most hotel housekeeping.
Asked if the hottub was working got here and it wasn't checked the filter was clogged, tub does not drain as it should be, room was standard, tv had no signal not enough towels in the room
My experience here has been and continues to be a Safe Place. Where I can continue Thank You MissSonja, who with no exaggeration at all. Who literally Saved My Life
I did get my phone and. My DIL carried staffs well wishes. And my same well wishes back to especially. MissSonja. I would like to hear from you/staff. My cell # is the same as has always been or you can utilize my NytWing13@Gmail.

Nothing special about t his hotel. But, no problems either. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. One note, however. The company description describes this as a waterfront location. A drainage canal that has long been dry due to drought conditions hardly classify as waterfront location.
Front desk a disaster charged me twice for room and took many conversations to get corrected. The front desk personal all had different excuse why it happened but done nothing to correct the problem. We have been members of choice hotel app for several years. Very dissatisfied with this hotel staff. The service they provided
Just as Quality Inn was once a nice place to stay Comfort Inn seems to be heading in to the same current state Quality Inn is now in, steady decline.
Im Giving it 4 stars overall (but 5 stars for location because there is a gas station, & food places all around to choose from) because 1, I've been to better Hotels & 2 the room WAS nice Overall. The AC in the room, which is SO important to me it's the first thing i check in hotels, was ICE COLD! So i loved that, BUT, even though the Bed looked clean & had clean sheets & everything, the bathroom & entry floor were still dirty! That was a turn off. They do need to dust a little more also. When it's visible, it's time to clean it. The breakfast choice wasn't that great. Over the phone i verified this, then again at check in I signed a paper saying I was being charged $109 (it was $99.99) so i asked if the $109 was WITH The tax & I WAS TOLD *YES* I check my account & I was charged $127. For a dirty room & not that great breakfast. Would I stay here again? If i absolutely needed a place to stay i would. I didn't hate it. What i don't like it dishonesty. But other than that the other stuff isn't the worst in the world to me because it Can be improved. So do with it what You will.
I’d never stayed in Tucson and if I can avoid it I certainly will. My husbands company used Choice Hotels and he had already stayed in a couple others in Tucson that were unsuitable. That being said, If you don’t mind a hotel crowded with the homeless and transient then this could be a place for you. There is what seems like a homeless camp behind the hotel and unfortunately that’s where most of the parking is as well. I didn’t feel comfortable going out of the hotel at night. Those that could afford a room were inside the common areas. As we were walking in with our bags, we were stopped by the front desk clerk saying he had run up to check our room and it wasn’t ready. He had switched us to another that was and handed us our new key. We got up to our room and it smelled of fried food, which is weird because we were on the second floor. The bathroom door didn’t close much less lock and the volume on the remote didn’t work either. The next morning I woke up to what felt like bug bites all over my legs and torso. We only had 1 set of towels for 2 people and so we made the most of it. The breakfast area was again crowded with transients and we definitely won’t be staying there again. The staff was very courteous and doing the best they can under the circumstances.
Where shall I start? First I have been a Choice Privileges member for seven years and never had a problem or issue at any Choice Hotel that we have stayed at. Well that all changed this time and hopefully will not be an issue for anyone else but it needs to be told about this Comfort Inn. Upon check we were informed by the clerk that the pool and hot tub were not available because they had not been given clearance! She said we would be able to use the pool and hot tub at the Holiday Inn Express next door by showing our room key. We decided to do that and you can guess our embarrassment upon walking into the Holiday Inn Express and being told no way they had no information about Comfort Inn guest using their pool, saying it would be a liability issue, agreed with that. Upon informing the clerk at the Comfort Inn she made a phone call in the back office and then said there is an issue. She gave us 20% off our room but later saw her let a lady and kids into the pool. Really? Reported same to Customer service.
Would not stay here again. Went to use the pool and hot tub which is why we picked this place. Manager stated they were out of service but we could use the ones next door at Holiday Inn. When we went there the lady at the front desk said their pool was only for their guests.
Our rooms were not clean and there was no breakfast the next morning. Very Dissatisfied!
When we arrived our room was dirty. The Air didn’t work. The Elevator was out of service. Rude and unhelpful staff. The Pool and hot tub were closed. Laundry was out of service. Please please stay away from the free breakfast!
