Comfort Inn I-10 West at 51st Ave, Phoenix AZ

The room was not clean. On the site it's avertising breakfast that is not being served. The pool is green. There was food and dirt in the pull out bed. Not to mention a whole empty soda can.

Dismal hotel. Run down and dirty. No luggage carts. Noisy occupants up and down the hallway next to the front desk at 1: 30 and 4: 00 AM. Only plus it’s cheap!

Nice accommodations.rooms were clean loved the mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room lots of towels and thank you for free breakfast on the go

I RENT MY ROOM FOR ONE WEEK NOBODY COME TO CLEAN THE ROOM. I WENT TO THE OFFICE TO TALK WITH THE MANAGER AND HE SAID TOMORROW. BAD SERVICE. DONT LOOSE YOUR MONEY.

Beds are very good. Supposedly they have a grab and go breakfast, but there was only juice and coffee from the machine. I was a bit late, but tge front desk said there was some grab and go food. Front desk personnel is professional and helpful.

Very friendly and professional staff. The rooms are very clean, oversized and well decorated. Also had grab and go breakfast.

Ladies at front desk are super rude. I made reservation through a company I was transferred to through a employee at this specific location. Well some how I was charged but the reservation was in the wrong name. The front desk workers basically told me it’s not their fought and to figure it out. They treated me as though I was not a paying customer.

Stay here if you must. I slept well here, but its not a family place. Home to truckers and hookers and its on a rough side of town. I heard gunshots from my, sounded close. Someone told me that someone was shot at the gas station on the corner. The pool was full of leaves and debris and I saw a vagrant relieve himself in the parkinglot. The bed was comfy and clean. The room was kinda worn, but decently clean and featured a small fridge. Not for the faint of heart.

Worst hotel ever. We reserved online two days prior to check in. Once we get there, they told me that our room was canceled because they were booked. And that they called me to let me know that my reservation was canceled. However, I didn’t receive a phone call from them whatsoever.
I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Waste of time and money.

I will continue to use this particular Comfort Inn. The staff here are so great and caring, when my husband not feeling well they had no issue giving me more and more bedding during the night no questions asked.

They were doing construction so it was quite rough downstairs. Room was mediocre. Itll do but definitely stayed in better, and worse

After traveling for more than 500 miles they canceled our reservation and when we got there they were booked. Apparently, several other people went through the same thing. Not happy!

Wonderful place.beautiful clean rooms. I've stayed hear several times and will continue to.employees are helpful and friendly and make you feel welcome.

This place had bad staff they were rude and made faces at us on top of that they put us rooms that were connected to someone else and the person was hysterically screaming all night while jo one did a thing.

Overall, room was clean and comfortable. But issues with laundry not working and can't get change for them was a big hassle. Since they don't actually own the machines, it's a third party company, getting resolutions are very difficult. Personally, good management would demand better service and equipment or get a different company!

Very very nice establishment it was a last-minute decision to go there and they accommodated me most graciously I would definitely give them Seven Stars if I could

Great place to come if your in vacation or you and your significant other need to just get away like her and I do A lot.

Made a reservation online off of their website, about a week in advance, upon arrival at the hotel. They informed me that they are not accepting reservations and I had to go somewhere else. They recommended a hotel 30 minutes away with no guarantee they had rooms. All it would of taken was a call in advance. Lucky I was able to find one of the last rooms in neighboring hotel.

To top it off I had to ask for a refund on the non refundable reservation. It wouldn’t of been refunded otherwise.
Driving all the way from Oregon this is completely unacceptable and almost didn’t have a room for the night.

I really recommend it was very spacious and the bathroom was very clean and very nice. The workers were so helpful. The only sad thing was that my brother's car was broken into.
