Comfort Inn & Suites Near Kino Sports Complex, Tucson AZ

People was nice. Management mailed my post cards for the kids back home. Rooms was clean. I would definitely go back. Front desk clerk looks good too.

This motel got five stars not because it is anything special as a motel, it is clean, reasonably conveniently located, and comfortable. This motel got five stars because of the extra effort that the desk clerk who took care of me put in. I do not remember her name, she said she was not the manager, but she went above and beyond the call of duty to make mine and my wife's stay comfortable. A good front desk goes a long ways to making customers happy.

Great staff. Clean room. One of the only places that first recognized me as being Diamond member.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I travel a GREAT deal for work. I always make it a point to try and find a Comfort Inn. UNTIL THIS ONE! Management has NO RESPECT for people who need to sleep during the day. TWICE now I have been called in the middle of the afternoon telling me I have to change rooms! TERRIBLE PLACE! STAY AWAY!

If you lose anything here it's gone if the staff finds it, THEIVES! I'm leaving 1 star because I cant leave a zero.

Normally love Comfort Inns. But WE'LL NEVER STAY HERE at this CI again! This place is falling apart! From the old stained carpet to the shower/tub nozzle coming off, to our door having huge gaps that you could actually see people in the hallway through. They had to put a piece scrap metal right were the bolt goes just to be able to lock it. But it sounded like the door was open from the noise in the hallway! Also an old noisy wall/window air unit that sounds like an old ford starting every 1-2 minutes! It was convenient to a couple of trade shows we went to, but next time we'll drive a little further a stay somewhere we can actually sleep!

The hotel staff are nice people. The hotel is clean. There is a $2 surcharge for safe. This is a new way to charge people extra money so the hotel can bank as much as possible. This charge is not acceptable. I am not sure why using different tactics to take people’s money. Enough is enough.

This “Company” stole my money. They denied me a hotel room even with a confirmation. Front desk refused to help me & told me to contact the third party app. I did & they told me the manager of the hotel denied my reservation refund request after they denied me staying there! SCAMMMMMMERS. Front desk talked about her personal problems while I was 100 miles away from home & had no hotel to stay in because the reservation I made wasn’t being honored. FRUAD. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ENERGY

Didn't even stay there, the internet price showed $71 for a room with 2 queens, I was tired and was driving for 8 hours just wanted to rest didn't want to argue. The rude girl at the desk would not honor the price. I work in the hospitality industry if someone showed us that we would honor it. I moved on to another establishment.

Just seems Janky. The first room I was assigned was still unmade, the key cards don't work on outside entrances. AND. Co vid or not, if you know I have a room here, unlock the GD front door. I have been all over the Nation in 2020, no one has locked GD door for not wearing a mask. I don't understand sign language.

Front desk people was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and evening worked without issues. The ceiling over the bathtub however was separating. I think they need to work on the property a bit.
