Comfort Inn & Suites North Glendale - Bell Road reviews
18 Great staff
could use an update on carpet lot of hole and patches
general maintenance on bathroom
Older comfort inn. One small elevator too access other floors in need of TLC. Room and beds were clean. Got what we paid for. BREAKFAST was standard continental breakfast. Eggs were rubber by 8am and no cream cheese for the bagels remained.
We had a group stay for a martial arts tournament and the kids had a wonderful stay! The rooms were extremely clean, the staff was very friendly, and breakfast was warm and ready right at 6 am! Extra food was available when some ran out. The a/c was a perfect temperature and my 86 year old grandma felt very at home here. She had a very nicely furnished handicapped room with a lower bed so she was able to sleep well. I would give six stars if possible! Ive stayed in five star hotels and never felt the quality of service that is here in this gem!
I like that place it's clean quiet has a pool air conditioning Hotel serves breakfast everyday in the morning at 8: 00 in the morning so you get to eat free breakfast so that's a cool little thing to hang out and share your breakfast and enjoyment there really awesome
Being a scatter brains, I booked a wrong date, and they moved it to the day we arrived for check-in. I was so relieved. We were visiting my sister in the hospital and for them to do this. They were so accommodating. I will stay here again.
I do not recommend it to anyone, they are scammers to begin with, the price is not the one published, it is double and they ask you for a deposit of 100 dollars that they supposedly return to you and they do not return it. It seems to me that cheating customers is not correct since I literally paid 215 dollars for a night's sleep don't go
It’s a great location for peace and quite! Staff is amazing and very helpful. Would defiantly recommend if your driving through and need a rest stop and stay here!
The beds are hard, and the pillows are as soft as paper and practicals just as thin. They look thick and fluffy but pretty much flatten under the weight of your head. The role also don't have their furnature placed in a convenient way, I had to step over or move the sofa chair to access the closet space next to the bed.
I'm a mover and go to a lot of hotels because of some overnight work. This location had by far the worst breakfast I've had at any hotel. The eggs tasted old and stale, the sausage was tough and bland.
This next point is maybe a little nitpicky but there was also minimal options to choose for breakfast. Eggs, sausage, cerial and waffles. Along with yogurt, bread and apples. There's a variety but it's along the smallest variety I've seen.
Unbelievable poor standards. Stayed 4 nights and not even one day service. I really didn't need or ask for service. However, this is the level of new normal. Also, I was charged $12 for something that I don't even want or have the heart to inquire about. Thanks for the minimal standards
I enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn. The staff were nice and gave me a complimentary upgrade. My room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has an outdoor pool and jacuzzi and it’s in a great location. I give a good recommendation for this Comfort Inn.
Bed and room were perfect! Pool was a little dirty but good! I think the breakfast could have been better but it was alright!
Bathrooms are disgusting. Paint falling off the showers. Shower is falling apart. Carpets are very used. Told them 2 times about the issue. Platinum customer. They hire young kids to deal with it. Never has been addressed by the owner. They also don’t do a breakfast still because of covid. They do a bag lunch style breakfast as you leave. Truths. Choice rewards won’t help because it’s private owned. Don’t stay here.
They are racist the manager is ugly mean they let go a black person just for being black and getting help to help another customer that person was in training they don't want any gays transgenders working there at all I know cause I been there I would advise no one to work there its not worth it especially if you colored.
This property is older, and the rooms could use a good renovation or deep cleaning. The bed was the worst, it felt like sleeping on the floor, and it was hard and uncomfortable. The room was musty, the air conditioning unit was louder than normal.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The furniture looked like it was from a garage sale. The carpet was disgusting. The shower wasn’t clean, and it also seemed like it was sealed with paint.
Overall the room is not worth $200 a night.
I don’t even know where to begin. Bugs all over the bathroom, burned out lights in our room, major cleanliness issues. Even the lobby wasn’t clean. When we checked in there was empty take out containers in the lobby and the next morning they were still there. No clean linens, and a majorly inflated price due to the Taylor swift concert. 600 for two nights and we should have slept in our car. The bugs are scary and gross, but atleast we can’t see them due to the lights being burned out.
The comfort inn was far from comfortable. At around 300 a night for our 4 night stay… it left a lot to be desired. Check in was abnormally long and tedious. The elevator couldn’t handle the weight of our luggage. The stair well was filthy. We should have left before we even got to the room.
The room itself had few outlets for charging devices. The paint and caulk looks like a kindergarten class did the work. It was so grimy and dirty. The toilet was tiny and chipped. Just felt like a very old gas station bathroom. Cockroaches were seen nightly in the bathroom. It was the total package.
The staff refused to make the beds or remove garbage. Only every 3 days was the policy. This lead to multiple rooms setting their garbage and dirty towels in the hallways. No wonder this hotel has such happy fat roaches. Even on our third day we had to request twice before the room was finally cleaned. Then they skipped a bed because our son had left his personal blanket on the bed.
The pool was dirty and grimy. It also had a loose light that was floating… wires exposed.
All in all we have never felt more unwelcome by a hotel staff. Never been so grossed out by a hotel. And never before felt the need to warn future travelers. Avoid this dump.
Great staff, clean rooms, comfy bed.
We were there for padres spring training.
Great restaurants and shopping close by.
