I didnt hear any doors slamming in the early morning as people departed! Friendly staff as well

This hotel was right where I needed it after a long day of hiking in the Kofa mountains; on the edge of town and not too far a drive from where I had been. For a good price I got an excellent room with everything I hoped for, including cleanliness. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. There are plenty of very good restaurants in the area to choose from. Highly recommended.

This place is great the employees are friendly. I did get annoyed because of communication problems with front desk due to my CLC.but I would stay here again.

It's a room and a breakfast. Nothing spectacular for the price, but nothing terrible either.

Breakfast is absolutely phenomenal surprisingly for a hotel. Sausage eggs cereal waffles biscuits and gravy coffee bar. Excellent friendly service. I'm a truck driver sometimes I have to lay over in Yuma. I parked the truck at the truck stop across the street and use this hotel often. You could tell they take extreme pride and cleanliness and their morning routine.

This was the first time staying at this location, place was just off I-8, very clean rooms, no smells at all which I found it awesome, everything was just as you expect a hotel to be, Comfort Inn has been my place to stay for a while now and this place is now in my favorite's list, breakfast was very good too, totally recommendable.

Best 2 star hotel I have stayed in. Incredible staff that make their guest feel special, well maintained, extremely clean, and good location. Thank you all for making my stay so personal and enjoyable.

AC went out at my house. Had to get a room overnight. Great counter service. Nice handicap room. Cool and comfortable all night.

Very quiet friendly heavy doors to all rooms her very clean tidy rooms secure plenty of parking facilities also for motorhomes RV parking loved my stay from women if the Moose Thanks on my own no room service butcontinued more days so nice clean place quiet Tv charger for cell phone comnnection

Super friendly front desk. Guest services was great. Checking in, he noticed my water bottle and helped me by telling me where to fill my water.

I don't expect that type of service in this day and age anymore sadly. So it was nice for him to go above his duties.

Talk about customer service, they went above and beyond. The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean. The breakfast was awesome. Very clean. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great stay.

Good location with restaurants nearby but everything else is inferior about this hotel.

The pool is sufficient.

Our air conditioning unit didn't work properly.
I moved the dial to the off position but the fan would still come on intermittently.

The front desk staff seemed like they don't want to work here; unhappy and inattentive.

The clerk that checked me in was about to give me a second set of room keys and was talking about some personal problems that were inappropriate.

Upon checkout I needed a receipt of my stay that was printed with a certain error that needed a correction for my business records, and the front clerk we printed the same receipt and when I pointed it out, he said he would email it to me later.

I was in a rush and it seemed like he wasn't going to correct the problem. I later called the corporate line and got assistance from customer service because of his error.

It seemed like many of the people staying here were there on business like construction workers and yard maintenance and people sent to Yuma for work.

The breakfast selection was pretty good with biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles and a number of items that you can take with you like yogurt.

I highly recommend not staying here unless you have to however. There are probably much better hotels closer to Yuma.
