Community Bridges Central City Addiction Recovery Center reviews
17Your horrible Company disrespected me, belittled me and basically advise me I’m not worth living. So I left not being welcomed. Found my shelf in an ER where the staff advised “ They’re not appropriately accommodated for any level of detox support”. Just go to an ER. Don’t waste your dignity here.
It was ok that they took me there but they did not want to accept me and my friend. I was really I'll and suicidal. I am torn
The staff referred to my tgirl wife as a man and refused to admit our marriage had any merit. This is inexcusable behavior.
One of your driver's was going the wrong way for a few miles on the freeway last night some lady cops got her
My experience was i had relapsed my significant other passaway and i wanted to die but thank god for the paramedics and others who rescued me and i see that they were there when i nneeded help its a good place.
I hate scheduling appointments here. It's impossible to get through and get help. I had to call for an hour straight to finally get someone to make my appointment for a prescription refill. I was placed on hold and hung up on twice by someone named Eva, and when I would call back the machine suddenly kept going to voicemail!? These people really don't care.
Its a prison.you don't even have rooms or beds.you're just sitting on chair.i recommend going to an actual hospital like valley hospital
Our staff is loving and family oriented. Also we care about each patient that comes through the door. I was impressed at my first interview with Bill and Kim, they worked as a team.
This place was and still is amazing! Helped me through the hardest time in my life. Everyone from the initial check-in, the nurses and peer staff are great. If you want to get off your opiate addiction, definitely the place to go.
The team at Central City is the best! From my P.c Martha and all the med staff, Shawna and Sussie your the kindest thank you for allways taking the time to answer my questions. Bret, Gwen, Trena and Rene you have all helped me taking the time to make sure im ok thank you.
It helps me to maintain my SOBRIETY and RECOVERY. I also have my PCP, PSYCHE DR, MY GROUPS, AND 1 ON 1 COUNSELING THERE. If u r struggling with addiction, PLEASE go THERE. They will help and support you 100.
That place is an injustice to people. Tp2 has no idea what meds people take. They are to the medical society. In reality everyone down there should be fired. The a.m. A will get those idiots soon
Place is waste of time! They tell you everything you want to hear but don't follow up.they outsource smi evaluation so some lady did it a month ago and never submitted it.me and my family have been calling and leaving messages only to get runaround or no call back! So if you don't mind all your personal information floating around wherever go here. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SLOPPY!
This place is a totall joke people who want real help stay away as a person in recovery myself i know it gets worse befor it gets better you would be better off calling the psychic hot line for help i have a freind in there as i write this post and it seems more like torture than help i know it is no picnic but this is no way to help a person by scaring the life out of them especially when they are alredy fighting for there life if you realy want help stay away from this place
The staff is so rude on the phone from first phone call for information on. Help is important and most are in crisis upon going here, I wish the staff had better training to be helpful and not rude making a bad situation worse. It is a shame they have the people answering the phones that they do. They are enough to make you not want help, I hope they change the way they treat people calling for help, because it is shameful!
My experience; lip services alls I got was cheap talk. They didn't do anything they said they would do. They couldn't even return my call nor give me an address to visit. ECHO said they would come to see me out here.that didn't happen either. I've absolutely no trust in CBI. I'd be very very leary
