VET TECHS OFFERING POOR HELP GOT BETTER 9/23
This time, second time ordering the 'CHEWY' Prescription 'SUCKS'. Of the three pooches we have there, only two were approved. Chewy says they are having trouble with the 'VET' office responding now for third pooch.
Called the 'VET' got one of their tech's that said she would ask about it with the 'VET', had to prod the tech to take my name and number to call me back. I suspect it's not going to happen. You could tell by she didn't really care. So it's 9/8/22 3: 50 pm, they close at 6pm, so we'll see. 1st visit was *****

Went back 9/23, staff is much improved in person, as well as Chewy prescription refills. Vet himself was has always been excellent. Guess staff efficiency fixed.

Very good service and knowledgeable, little hard to find, their location is off the beaten path.

Dr Rojas is my "go to" vet. I highly recommend him. My animals feel calm around him. The staff are great too. The building and parking are older. That's why 4 star. If you like higher end waiting room and exam rooms, this may not be a good fit. This is a Lower cost vet clinic, with excellent pet care.

Dr Rojas is down to earth, knows his craft, and I feel very comfortable having him take care of my precious little guy.

Very good staff and veterinarian! They're busy because this veterinarian knows what he's doing and their prices, VERY REASONABLE! Parking can be a problem, because they're Soo popular! Advise to arrive at least half hour, in case one has to drive around a time or two and wait a few minutes for spot to open. Also a challenge if you're not able to go up large steps, especially with your pet, let staff know before your appt and after you have parked or arrived. Staff will help you get your pet into Clinic. Unfortunately, not wheelchair accessible, so if you want someone to be with your pet while seeing your Vet there, with questions for you, recommend having a helper or friend go with you. Warning about Exceptional Pets Clinic Vet in Green Valley, Don't take your pet there, Lost 2 dogs prematurely, because of misdiagnosis and experience of Vet at Exceptional Pets Clinic in Green Valley. AN ER VET I had to take both my dogs to, because of grave declining health, , had to be put down because of Vets misdiagnosis at Exceptional Pets. The ER VET was shocked and said, That Veterinarian at Exceptional Pets in Green Valley shouldn't even be practicing, and was shocked at that vets diagnosis on the dogs medical documentation from them, that took me 4 months of calls and visits to get BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE IT READY? But I kept going back there to get their prescribed medications. Can you imagine the pain and guilt I feel? Quantity of clients and getting your money is what Exceptio Pets are about. My beloved Pets were not their only victims of malpractice at Exceptional Pets.

Now on the upside, regarding Companion Animal Clinic, ER VET was relieved that for my surviving dog that a friend at Animal League in Green Valley, referred the Veterinarian at Companion Animal Clinic Dr Robert Rojas

Absolutely amazing, caring, supportive and knowledgeable of what my lil daisey needed and was a success. Couldnt be more thankful.thank you.

He killed our dog. Sent her home an hour after surgery with no after care instruction because he 'had things to do' but took our money.would never use his vet clinic again

I’ve been taking my animals there since I moved to Rio Rico in 2019. I have also been boarding them off and on at Central pet in Amado and now in Tucson, when I called to get paperwork they have no record of my animals and they have caused the great inconvenience. I will find someplace else to take them.

Dr Rojas has decades of experience, and you can tell he loves each and every one of his patients. People come from far and wide to visit Dr Rojas.

Dr Rojas is an awesome vet. He's very knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. He not only stays very busy with customers but he also volunteers much of his time to shelters. I would recommend companion veterinarian to anyone.

Dr. Rojas is an experienced, honest and ethical veterinarian. I highly recommend him to care for your pets!
