Used a turo car that was subpar to other rentals and the owner didnt provide a walk through in the beginning

I ordered portable sauna, did not work as described. I called numerous times to go through return process, since I was unable to do it on their website. No call was ever returned, no refund was given
back to me. Robert must be very busy, since his name answers the voice mail for all departments at this 'business'.
Do not recommend, and will never do business with them.
