Concentra Urgent Care, Tempe AZ

I had to come in for a drug test screening for a job. The lady upfront Brianna was incredibly rude. I definitely was shocked at her behavior and had to ask the gal in the back for her name.

Concentra Tempe is very professional and I enjoyed my experience. The day before, I went to two other Concentra locations for blood work and they couldn’t find a vein so I was very worried having to go to another location but Erma is an amazing woman and was able to find the vein on the first try! Unlike anything I’ve experienced before, I’m always a hard stick but Erma is amazing at her job!

Staff was friendly and got me in and out in a timely fashion. Clean environment. If I need them again I will return. Thxs

Concentra in Tempe with quick clean and efficient. It's an easy location to get to unlike the one at Sky Harbor Circle which the waiting time was much longer.

I had a DOT physical and I was in and out within less than 30 min. It was super quick and easy and everyone was super friendly

Bad experience. Waited 2 hours to be called in and another hour sitting in a room waiting on a doctor to see me. 3 hours of waiting is not professional at all! Thats opposite of saving lives. Not an urgent care, more like a wait longer care.

I had to perform a drug screen. There was plenty of water in access to prepare myself ahead of time for the test. The line was short, only one person in front of me. I was in and out in 25 minutes. Two TVs in the lobby provided entertainment. There was plenty of seating in the lobby. Light snacks were provieed.

My experience at Concentra Urgent Care the employees they were very pleasant and very courteous got in and out on a timely matter kudos

Great work service from all staff, Fun and high energetic area. Once name is called to the back your literally in and out.

When I came they said the whole process should take 30 to 40 minutes, for a pre-employment drug test and physical assessment. At the 30 minute mark I asked if we were still good for the 40 minute estimate, as my pregnant wife and three-year-old were waiting in the car for me. They said yes. Two hours and 15 minutes after arriving everything was complete.

Front office clerk were very nice. The drug test was done in 45 minutes, but the TB took longer since they mentioned they were under staff. Overall, good experience.

Waited over 2 hours and still haven't been called to see the dr.
People who came after were called and left. The front desk lady said that dr.had to catch up. Makes no sense at all. Why the people came after us had seen before us and left.
Still waiting.
We will never go here again.

Its was a one hr wait but with the two tv's plus my phone. I was fine. The setting was fine to past the time.

I had to wait almost 3 hours for pre-employment drug test. Horrible! Staff has no regard for people time. They were rude and stood around just talking. I'm not sure if this is standard Concentra proceedures or just this particular location. Hated my experience, hated the location professionalism.

Went in for a random drug test. Very quick and efficient. These are obviously no fun and have waited at some clinics up to 3 and 4 hours, this concentra said they'd have me in and out in 45 minutes, and I was. Thank you Tempe Concentra

Incompetent and rude staff. Technology (when working) asking for info I'm uncomfortable giving. Assembly line medical treatments.

My experience in the clinic was top notch the employees knew what they where doing and made me feel comfortable I give them 5 thanks

Took WAY TOO LONG. Plus doctor only gave me 3 months on my DOT health card so now my company is questioning my existence.thanks a lot,

Called for some basic info. On hold for 17 minutes total, during which the phone was picked up and put back on hold several times. I finally gave up. They obviously do not want or need my business.
