Concentra Urgent Care, Peoria AZ

This was the first time with concentra, the service was exceptional everyone, Doctors, X-Ray tech, MA, very professional and I didn’t have to wait to long to have my TB test done or see a doctor, Thank you

Concentra took GREAT care of me after my recent work injury! Everything I needed was right there! X-rays, doctors, and physical therapy! Highly recommend.

I came in for a urine test for my FNP clinical rotation, and it took 45 min for me to have it done. I was not there to see a doctor. The screening form was pre-printed and I walked in gave it to the front desk receptionist and still had to wait 45 min. Me leaving my sample took 5 min. They should have a better process for this. At a different urgent care I would have been in and out, but through my clinicals this is the urgent care I was told to go too. Will use a different urgent care for future clinical rotation laboratory needs.

This place is alright. The doctor was very nice and answered all my questions. The front office staff is not as friendly as they should be. They don’t acknowledge their patients as they should when checking in and out. They’re very loud with the conversations they’re having amongst them, on one of my visits they laughed so loud everyone in the waiting room turned and looked at them. I mean it’s okay to have fun at work but also keep it professional and try being less loud.

I was told that monday was one of their busier days when i called around 10 am so i decided to wait a little later in the afternoon (about 3 pm) to go and it worked out perfect.in & out in less than a hour, kind employees, clean office and everyone including patients waiting had on their mask.

Everyone was very friendly and professional and the wait time was not very long. Thank you for your services at Concentra.

My recent visit at concentra was extremely good. They treated me with courtesy and in a timely matter.

I was seen in the time given, location was very modern looking, very clean and procedure was painless.

Pleasant experience. Staff were thoughtful, instructions were clear. The Doctor explained the results and was very personable. I wish I could remember the young man that greeted me and took all the results. He was especially sweet, thoughtful and very funny. I highly recommend Concentra Urgent Care.

I had to deal with Michael, he's great I really enjoyed the experience of him being my therapist, the facility over all is great, friendly staff.

The front office staff was great. The lady who took me back for my drug test was very short and on the verge of rude. Also, there where wet pee spots on the toilet from the previous person. It was very gross.

This location has the best staff that I have ever encountered at any Concentra! Friendly, caring and quick! Awesome team and group! 83rd ave and Ludlow in Peoria.

Love the front office staff and the level of service you actually receive! If you have a choice then come here!

My experience at Concentra was exceptional. The staff was knowledgeable, hospitable, & gracious. My wait time was 15-30 minutes, which was less than estimated. The process was explained to me in detail and all of my questions were answered promptly. I would recommend Concentra to any person or company.

Every time i come here i feel like im in good hands. I'm a truck driver and all of my drivers and friends come here. Won't go anywhere else.

Went to seek medical attention at this facility for a work related injury. I love the staff at this facility from the front desk to the Medical Assistant but, especially the provider O ' Clair very caring and knowledgeable. Not to forget about the wonderful physical therapists, they helped me to heal my back. All I can say.is Thank you staff of Concentra. I definitely recommend this practice

Went in for drug test and ect for new job wait time was short and all of the staff was great was in several times was so happy till I went in for a health thing and got a wrong diagnosis when I found that out from my Dr I was very disappointed in them

Quick, precise and friendly serice is paramount to a successful American business, Concentra fulfilled all of these catagories admirably. I would put this particular location and personal at a (9), the parking and the signage at a (4) and the process a (9) again. Your people and process are extremely professional and the location is nice, the parking and signage not so much.

At first I was told that the wait was going be more then three hours, but instead I only waited there for just a little over an hour.

I came into this therapy clinic not knowing what to expect, but was in real great pain.the Therapist was very friendly & very professional and asked me questions about my pains.right away. He begin to work on me after an hr.of stretches and exercises was done, I felt alot better.i went for about 6 weeks and feel 90% better. I will come back if needed.thank you Concentra! Mg.
