The hcw are respectful and compassionate, went above and beyond to get my injuries treated. Went above and beyond when it came to scheduling appointments, I appreciate all the hard work and dedication. You guys are the best!

I am at a loss for words when it comes to my visit at Concentra. The good things is that the staff was nice. My experience after was nothing but confusion afterwards. I passed my physical but the PA refused to certify it without a Skills Evaluation certificate. Mind you I do wear an orthotics that I have been using for 4-5 years. I have never needed any skills evaluation during that time.the problem now is I have to jump through several hoops just to return to work. Plus my company wont pay for the test.so this little adventure has cost me my normal revenue as well as the cost of the test. So I'm out around 6k for this month. Thanks for very little Concentra

It was a very good experience.my wait time was very short I was in and out in like about 15 minutes I would say. I felt any questions I had was answered. I was treated with respect. It was very clean. I could tell that the staff there takes pride in keeping everyone safe and sanitary. I'd go there again for sure and I'd recommend anybody else that needs a Concentra or any of the options they provide this is the place you want to go to.

Do not use this place for DOT physicals. Any issue you may have will be used against you. Very strict by the book per DOT. They like to give you 3 month temporary and send you for sleep study

After spend 3 days chasing info requested. No one would sign 2 more days. Sent from 35th/Thomas to 75th/encanto just to find out doctor did not show up for work!

Staff was efficient and friendly. It was a walk-in for DOT testing and I was in & out a lot quicker than I anticipated.

The staff was very nice and even though I waited about 45 min to be scene, I have no complaints. It makes a big difference when the staff cares.

Front office was very friendly, professional, and spoke with a caring tone. Back med assistant was semi friendly but he was professional with the drug screening. Overall, one of the better experiences I've had to date with Concentra, I have to update medically each year, so kudos, you guys have improved. To the owners, pay your ppl more they deserve it.

Extremely friendly staff. They took my information and got me through a DOT medical exam and drug screening in two hours.

Walked in for a drug test. It was completely empty. Took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me even though you could clearly see people standing around talking amongst each other. It took 30 minutes just to call me back.why? No one was there. Then i had to stand around for the woman taking my urine sample to come back because she left to go talk some more. Spent way too long over something that could've taken 10 minutes.

The staff really was awesome with customer service. Upon walking in the facility they were quickly attentive in greeting you, then helping you with your visit. It was approximately 10: 30 a.m. The waiting Room was absolutely empty except for me and another coworker in there to get a random drug test… it seemed that the staff was more intrested in talking about what they were going to do in the upcoming Holiday instead of taking care of the patients in the waiting Room.which took approximately 45 minutes for us to be called back to do our random drug test

The staff truly are what every business should implement. What I mean by that the professionalism, going above and beyond to help me with my dot screening paperwork. In which i had no idea as to what was needed or how to fill out the forms. Overall 10 is an under statement for this organization. Kudos to everyone at Concertra Urgent Care for treating me like a human being.

This place is ridiculous. I came in at 8: 30 it is now 9: 50. When I asked how much longer after seeing 4 pple go in that came after me. The lady said oh ur next. Only for another two pple to go in, and I'm still waiting. They need to get it together. My first time being here, and I know this will be the last. I will never come to this location again.

I came to Concentra for pre employment testing for an out of state company. When I arrived, there were issues with the account that my employer set up. Concentra worked to resolve this and get me in and out quickly. I was here for three hours, but after the issue we had, I was moved through pretty quickly.

Just the waiting took forever.seemed to take a long time to be seen, like almost 45 mins, thats the only thing I can say bad about the place. Other than that the staff there were excellent and friendly as always!

Yes I was one of the 5 guys in line when they opened up and got me post of because I ended getting out off there 4 hours after and I only needed to do a drug test the doctor and the front desk girls have a terrible Actitud I even heard they talking about the people it was so dese pointed I’m never going back to this place.
