Man I don't even know where to begin! Concept Z performance hooked me up today! Went and bought something I didn't need to fix my car and they accepted it back without charging a restocking fee, got expert advice, excellent product in exchange, and a huge smile on my face after all was installed and fixed. Place is absolutely amazing and the staff is super knowledgeable and courteous.

Great spot for all you 300zx needs. Staff is very helpful and quick to respond to questions. CZP also tends to have slightly better prices then it's competitors. Been shopping with them for many years and will shop with them for many more.

Ordered a single exit exhaust expecting it to get to my house within 2 3 weeks maybe, been waiting for 3 months now, on a payment plan for it so I’m on my 3rd payment and I still don’t have my exhaust. It would be different before if it had said on their website that they don’t have any physically in stock you’d have to wait for back order then I wouldn’t have a problem but no I get the email a day after the purchase is complete.not letting your customers know that is not cool lame ash so keep in mind if you want to order a exhaust you’ll probably have to wait months in advance.

My first experience with Concept Z and I will definitely be a returning customer. First contact with nick, response was immediate and very helpful, I ordered a few items timing belt full kit and EGR delete kit, ordering to Ireland I had the option of adding the contents worth which was very handy for customs, also 90 euro delivery was very good I ordered Wednesday and it arrived Friday packaged nice and neat. Absolutely would recommend

These guys were awesome and very helpful, Im a woman and have never done this kind of a repair, so I asked a lot of questions and they never shrugged me off, bcuZ of their help I was able to replace my knock sensor wiring harness and my camshaft sensor…:)

Bought some power steering hoses from C/Z, I live in Adelaide South Australia the parts arrived within days one of the hoses was a return hose for the power steering for a left hand drive I was advised that the hose would fit a right hand drive car with some of the hose been cut to length. I fitted better than the original hose. I was told I would have to wait 3 months for an original part, C/Z had the better product in silicone and I had it in about ten days of ordering, will be using them again for sure 10/10.

I ordered multiple items from them for my 300zx in October 2021
A 2+2 exhaust from AMS
Floor mats, depo side markers, screws, and reservoir caps, a wing, and skirts.
I only got my wing, mats, and skirts. Everything else was shipped apparently but never got to me. I researched The shipping company they use and found them to be absolutely terrible. I don’t know why they use Foward Air Shipping for the Washington area. I called them and their customer service was TERRIBLE emphasize on the terrible. I never got my exhaust either but Caden at performance Z’s customer service was able to refund me for that because it wasn’t even shipped from the factory yet (mind you it’s been 6+ months). Others have had a good experience with this company and their customer service was good I’ll give them that but DO NOT BUY IF YOU LIVE IN THE WASHINGTON AREA

This place continually holds shipping on large orders when only one item is on backorder or delayed. I have to actively call them and sort it out everytime. There is no way to handle this online in my account. Even better is that I can get the backordered or discontinued parts from my dealer. The people there are nice, but I may have made my last order with CZP.

Update: Tried this one more time with parts that were in stock. I was sent OEM head gaskets that were cut out of the packaging with fingerprints on them. CZP says that is fine and normal. It is not.

Concept Z will take care of you and make sure you get the items you ordered. Unlike many other companies their customer service will respond to you via chat and email and try their best to get you the part you need as quickly as possible. Definitely a reputable company that you can trust.
