I applied on line and was called by Evo to come in with more information. He also sent me a text before going in with his information. I went in with the remaining things needed and was greeeted while walking in the door. Evo greeted me as well and we went over the process from start to finish, then he also explained everything needed and helped me make a very good decision on my purchase! He went step by step with me and then in the process came back with some very good news! We then started the process again and he was very patient with me! 2 hours later the purchase went smooth and I was satisfied with my purchase. I felt like I was part of the Conn’s family! Thank you Evo and to all the other staff @ Conn’s! I will definitely tell everyone and will also be back!

Stopped in looking for a refrigerator. Told the salesman helping us that we needed a fridge around $1000. He instead started majorly upselling and showing us a fridge that was $3400 and offering 2 years interest free. We walked out and will be purchasing elsewhere. The sales calls haven't stopped. This place is clearly all about comission and not helping the customer get what they need.

Our sales associate was very helpful and helped us save quite a bit of money. He also had great suggestions for the things we were looking for. It was an overall great experience.

Decent selection of furniture, appliances, and electronics but the sales people are annoying and won't leave you alone to shop on your own. We went in with full intention of buying a 50 inch LED TV but walked out after 5 minutes because of the high pressure sales tactics. Conn's loss is Best Buy's gain I guess.
