Consolidated Welding Supply, Tucson AZ

I don't like how there is any price tags on the items displayed for sale. You pretty much have to ask for the price for a welding item. $19.95 for 5 ibs of arc welding sticks. I rather get them some where else.

Went to air gas in Tucson and their prices were ridiculous. After talking to consolidated welding they took care of me and I can say this is a no BS shop. Will come back every time.

Good service, however dont wait till 10 till 1 to get anything. Staff member said they stop taking services at 12: 30. That includes a bottle exchange.

Great friendly service. I am a welding novice and went into this place on a Saturday looking for 1/16 rod. They did not have what I wanted but told me where I could find 1/16 rod locally. Extremely nice guy behind the counter. I will be returning to make a purchase soon.

I am a jewelry maker, not a welder, and I have not found that the staff is particularly helpful or friendly. I always get the feeling that they have better things to do besides helping me with one measly little acetylene tank. I always have them hook up my gauges because the very first tank (which I bought from them) was leaking gas and it was very irritating to have to return immediately to get another tank. It seems that they don't like to do this either. I will keep going to them because they are so much closer to me than any other supplier, but I am always a little uncomfortable.

This store doesn't follow there hours Saturday closed 12: 45 PM there sign says 1: 00 PM I guess there employees are lazy and dont care about customers needs. Customer Scott

The guys are great! I am an amateur welder and sometimes have some stupid questions. These guys are always patient and they always make sure I have everything I need, but they don't try to sell me something just to make an extra buck. They were cool with my wife when she needed advice for a welding jacket for my birthday and didn't blow her off. I have a twisted sense of humor and the guys at Consolidated just roll with the punches and know how to dish it back to the point I'm always laughing or smiling when I leave. My son loves tagging along because he is treated like one of the guys. I don't normally writes reviews, but an earlier review annoyed me. When grabbing your cylinder follow the instructions. My son takes care of getting my new cylinders and he has never grabbed the wrong one. If he had, it's on us, not CW. Oh yeah, great prices on gas of which I have more than enough.

Great professional wielding servicemen. They have everything that you may need or want for your job. Thanks again guy's for the great experience.

I live in Avra Valley and I gladly make the long drive, passing by several other vendors. Best prices in town. You get treated like a valued customer, not like a customer that they have to deal with.

The last independent shop in Tucson. A great selection of consumables, and machines that are actually in stock - not we can order it for you.

Staff was more then helpful and very friendly. I was taken care of in no time at all. Thank you.

I had not welded since high school (38 yrs) and they answered questions to help me get started again. They were very helpful even though I did not buy my welder from them. I now buy all my supplies from them and my next wleder will be from them. I now am having a great time doing jobs around the house and on my bike trailer.
