Owner's are complete Karen's. That also try to shove new rules regulation's and extra coats that aren't mandatory for the laws but try and try to push there new demands every new owner is different and it changes ownership often. But ppl and community are good. Other than this crazy lady in a big blue ram who yells at ppl an thinks she can control everything. Idk maybe it's the owner.

Whoever they have answering the phones should be replaced immediately. Extremely rude with zero customer service experience. Absolutely not reflective of the actual management that works in the office.

My friend lives here & I have visited several times. This is chaos! There is always a group of people around #119 & the noise is uncalled for! Revving of a truck at all hours of the day & night. Large groups of people (up to 13-15 at a time) talking, laughing, shouting at all hours. They have no respect for anyone else! Police have been called & incidents documented. They ought to be evicted! I would never live here!

This place has always been home. I went yesterday to visit for the first time in years. My friend I decided to go swimming…. Okay the pool has been redone but it’s totally destroyed on the deck… grass and flowers and not kept up. They took away everyone’s right to privacy by removing fences. And the crime! My goodness! We used to have huge community parties, a gorgeous heated pool! Everything was well kept and I guarantee you rent was cheaper so there’s is absolutely no excuse for the complete disregard of this community. Just lazy, no standards no care. What are you even working there for? So what’s it’s a trailer park, it’s home to many who have been there for decades! Lazy!

Have lived here 22 years. They raise the rent every year. We used to have security in the park at night but we don't anymore.

Continental West an okay Mobile Home Park. It is quiet sometimes, They have the pool close during the winter which we never had before cuz there is a heater and when you're paying $494 in rent you like to have all advantages of the pool, playground, Clubhouse, and more amenities. This place does get a lot of new managers in here because they don't know what they're doing and some of them are rude we have a new manager in here I've asked several times for the corporate office telephone number and he still has not given me it that was about three months ago they need to have people in the office that speak English not just Spanish or people in there that you can understand.

Just not sure I I'm fairly new here but I hear things, my neighbors in back of me could be more quiet there is a dog across from them that constantly barks, Otherwise I have no issues with the office people, I bought my home so we'll see if it was the right choice.

Went to look at a spot for a rv. A little on the expensive side for Just a plot of dirt, but nice place

I hate this park, they always shut off the water and never let you know in advance. I would understand if it was an emergency but they do this EVERY SINGLE WEEK. I have things to do, I have kids to shower for their bedtime routine. It’s such a big inconvenience and they don’t even bother letting us know. I pay my water bill, my rent for this to happen all the time.

Lived here for years rent keeps getting higher management comes and goes. Every summer electric outages are constant because they don't fix the problem like they say they do every year. Do not move here and be stuck like me.

I live here and it's a great place to live the office people are really friendly and there's two swimming pools with a lot more amenities

Love this mobile home community laid back, chill atmosphere. Great environment for your children and family.

Nice older MHP, park is friendly, rent on lots are reasembley priced. Nice pool and play area. 1 minute to I-10 @ Prince Rd exit.

The owners (from CA) of this community are extremely GREEDY. They impose annual rent increases of 10% based on the new rent amount each year. They bend the guidelines and often do not screen new residents per their policies. During the COVID year the new increase showed NO mercy for their residents.

The park and people that live here are pleasant and quiet. One of the managers has no respect for the tenants or their needs. The other one (who's pregnant) is really a pleasure to work with!

This place is really cute and quiet! The speed bumps suck with how many there are but I understand why they are there lol
