Cool Touch was the third company and I had come out to my home. They made it out quickly in the small window I had available. They were a lot more thorough in their inspection than the previous two companies I had to my home. They educated me about my issue and didn’t try to sell me extra things that I didn’t need. I started using Cool touch air about a year ago and I just re new My service with them. Their technicians are honest and efficient, when they come to do My maintenance they come inspect and clean My unit n if there is anything wrong they don't just say, but also show Me and educate Me of any extra maintenance on My AC unit.

Don’t waste your money with this company. They over book appointments and they were unable to successfully diagnose my AC unit. I was told everything was fine with my AC unit that the issue was with my thermostat. Called them back that my issue was not resolved and were unwilling to come out again. Had to hire another service team and they were able to successfully diagnose the problem.
