Noah was amazing. He was super nice, helpful, went out of his way to explain things. He took care of everything, made sure it was all working and made sure we had no other needs or questions.

Wally is awesome…he is knowledgeable & professional! He was able to diagnose & correct an issue missed by other technicians. I would use Wally again with no hesitation!

Is it possible to give 10 stars? My son was having issues with his sewer/plumbing in his house built in the 70's. He called a different company and they charged him for the house call, then another $300 to run a snake through ONE line. Then they quoted him $3,000 to do a "band aid fix", and said it would be $5,000 to fix it "for real". I told him to get a second opinion, but he did not want to, because they said the $300 would be put towards to the total cost of the repairs. Then I met Sam, who said Cool Willy's could take a look. My son was very impressed with their service and the TOTAL cost was $1,500. My son learned 2 lessons: mom knows best, and call Cool Willy's first.

Noah just completed six month check on heat pump. He was polite and respectful. Reviewed the inspection findings. All is well. I had my new unit installed 6 months by Cool Willy's after getting multiple bids. They did not pressure me or try to oversell. Locally family owned business that provides excellent service.

On a scorching day with temperatures soaring to 113°F, I found myself in need of urgent assistance. Cool Willie's not only responded promptly but also provided same-day service, sparing me from the unbearable heat.

Their professionalism was evident from the moment they arrived. The technicians were courteous, efficient, and well-prepared to tackle the challenging conditions to at least keep me comfortable for a few days. I knew last year I was going to need a new unit but kept putting it off. Now it was time!

They set up a consultation immediately to find out what would best suit my needs but also be affordable and we decided on energy-efficient equipment, ensuring optimal performance and cost savings in the long run (which it already has) and it was installed the same week! I had a horrible issue with another plumber my area and I contacted Cool Willy's. They connected me to the plumbing manager and he was more than helpful. He discussed the issue with me, took the time to explain things, and during this time I realized what a fantastic company this is. They do not cut corners, they are thorough and professional. I will definitely be using Cool Willy's in the future!

I had error codes on thermostat but heating system seemed to working fine. I called after hours and a tech checked the codes and though they needed investigation, they weren't time critical so Brian came out the following morning. He found frayed wires in my outside cooling unit.life in the desert.a mouse had been living there. Brian repaired everything and was very informative about the work he did to include taping the areas where the critters had access. He also showed me how to reset my thermostat when needed. Brian is a great technician to work with.

Omg I just want to say the very best experience I've ever had with the company Cool Willys. The appt that I made to Fernando and then Tyler. Fernando was here took pictures of my old unit worked on it for quite a while. Explained everything that he did in a way that I could understand. Just an amazing experience. Recently had Cool Willy's install new Furnace to our existing AC unit, (located in a very small tight space), which is a cumbersome task, everything went well, unit worked, home was heating. But within three weeks the panels around the coils started to leak, lots of Air was being pushed out of the unit into the small closet, it's in. Cool Willy's sent out Wally, he got totally involved with the issue, (didn't just put a bandaid on it) he sealed it completely from inside the panels, retaped the exterior, and added foam which helps decrease noise and makes the job look clean and professional. Awesome work, he was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Thanks Cool Willy's and Wally!
