Worst first office service experience, no help at all, told us we overqualified for an apartment

Both ladies in the front were nice to me through the whole process. It was a long process but worth it! I like my apartment so far no complaints. It’s quiet here at night more quiet than my old apartments I can hear everything! There are a lot of kids here but that’s a good thing for my gurls they’ll have someone to play with. I would recommend these apartments.

I have placed numerous phone calls to Copper Cove requesting a call back including two Urgent messages and they never return my calls. The agents at (833) number have all given different pricing an availability. I have applied for two 2bedroom listed at $737 and 1,3 bedroom listed at $869 and everytime I submit the final application it says no longer available, when it was available 5 minutes prior. When I contacted the (833) again, I was informed that those prices are wrong and it's actually $900 something for a 2bd and $1100 for a 3 with a 3-4 month waiting list for the 3 bedroom. Definitely do not want to rent from a company like that.

When calling to request pricing with staff, was very rude, if a potential customer calls after looking at the property and is receiving horrible customer service over the phone is a sign to not rent there. Red Flag.

I’ve lived for over 3 years. Best place I’ve lived. Office staff, Silda, Maribel and Imelda are helpful, professional and caring. I’m a professional at a hospital and in Real Estate and no exactly what I have here. Maintenance staff always responds in a timely manner

I have been here 2 months so far and I love it! The apartments are very nice and recently updated. It is quiet and peaceful. You have assigned parking so you know you have a space when you get home after work and they make sure the rules of this is followed (my last apartment someone was always parked in my assigned spot and I couldn't do anything but write an angry note). It is income based so they have to follow state rules so the rent may go up or down once a year but it's still cheaper than most other apartments for a two bed/ two bath. The ladies in the office are great and super friendly. I fully recommend this apartment community!

I, like many others have had the same problem about seeing a unit available online, coming in to ask about it and the lady in the front is just extremely rude and condescending. At the end of the day its fine but she definitely shouldn't be the first face or interaction people have there.

I have been trying to reach the leasing office for months now and no one ever picks up the phone. I call at different times during the day too.

I was referred by as friend of mine of 10 yrs, she mentioned that the staff here was awesome. So i took her advice moved here an honestly the ladies (Zelda) @ (Corrie) are awesome they was always helpful an very professional all the time, thanks ladies for making my stay here so great. Kuddos to y'all.

I have been placed on the waiting list and was informed of about how long the wait is to get approved for the apartments. I have heard that the prices at these apartments are going up which would be a bummer and might affect their new recidence wait. Hope someoneone can clarify that! Can’t wait to get the move in call!

Lived here a little over 2 yrs never had problems. All bad reviews I see here are possibly the renters themselves either to picky or felt the need to leave a bad review for something not going their way.expected noise is obvious its not a house your living around alot of other ppl so expect that. Landscape sounds is acceptable landscape needs to be done so that's normal. Kids running around making noise is normal not a big deal. Things get fixed right away. Staff is awesome. And I rarely see cops coming in and if they do they are just spotting out for any illegal activity. Place is awesome! And pests is controlled never seen roaches here.

Called to get information and spoke to a very polite young lady named Maribel, im now on the waiting list and really hoping they call me soon, I love love love this complex and im sure I would enjoy making wonderful memories with my little family. Really hoping to take a tour asap and be able to call my home.

Roaches everywhere. Little baby ones and full grown adult ones. On the walls, on the windows, on the counters.

Rude and unprofessional staff.
Maintenance usually responds promptly but often leave things unfixed and sometimes dirty.
Kids running around loud into the night.
People drive recklessly in the parking lot.
Front gate is usually broken.
Many episodes of water shut offs.
People leave dog poop everywhere.
Slaughter house next door loud beeping trucks and foul smell.
Dumpsters often spilling over.
Hobos rummage through the dumpsters.
No sidewalks on the Main Street outside the complex.
Schools in the area are underperforming and unorganized.
Near fire station so loud sirens throughout the day.

I moved into Copper Cove in 2013 I stayed here for a little over 4 years, I really loved living there. The only thing I had a issue with was every new neighbor that moved in around me were always loud going up or dwn the stairs like raise horses very annoying and the ppl under me the gentlemen was always yelling and screaming u could hear there drama also with out meeting the ppl I knew all there names jus by hearing the gentlemen scream threw the floor lol and also what sucked was the inspection we had that really got tiring but I know they had to do it since it was mandatory. I miss living here. I never had no issues wats so ever.

Extremely nice experience, fast, friendly, helpful and very well maintained. Satyed for 2 years 2015-2017. The ONLY reason why I"m leaving is because I'm moving states. I'll miss Copper Cove Apartments and the staff. GREAT work you guys. THANKS for the experience.

If you love hispanic culture, love loud trumpet music at 2am, and have zero shame or class. This is your place. Dirty, police show up every night, drunks everywhere, outside, kids unattended, the list goes on. You're better off moving back home with your parents than this. What a shame, Tolleson is being overrun by trash.

I've been here for 5 months and I love it. Office staff is nice. Grounds are kept well. Had a couple of repairs to be done and they were done the same day. Noise is minimum, really just kids outside after school.
