Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. reviews
15I was able to find long bolts that were not available at other stores. The person who worked with me was incredibly helpful. He genuinely wanted to make sure that I had everything I needed to complete my project. Although they primarily cater to contractors and industrial customers, I, as a personal customer, was given the same attention as a contractor. I will go there again when I need more hardware.
Wow! I'm in love with this shop. Friendly people who know what they are doing and very eager to help. Nathan helped me and truly went beyond the call of duty to do so. I am very impressed and I wish every business operated like this one; then life would be beautiful. I wish I could do more for this business than just leave this review. Never buy highly overpriced OEM fasteners for your car ever again! Highly recommended. Thank you Nathan for your help. You truly made my day.
Always make sure you have extra time when buying from here. Sometimes takes an hour to get what you need.
Very professional people work here. No beating around the bush. Like Grainger, they get the job done.
Great options for hardware. Bolts and nuts.go figure. Long ones, short ones, and bolts in u shape.
Copper state rocks, and they have much more than nuts and bolts, friendly staff, and knowledge of what they sell.
Very friendly and helpful staff with the largest selection of hardware imaginable. If you need a very unusual bolt or 10,000 of something, this is the place to go. We buy hardware for our company here because they always have what we need (and the great prices are an added benefit). The picture is just an example of some of the crazy stuff they have.
This place has every bolt and nut you can think of! You can by one or a hundred, the service is always great! Not like a big box stores, they have great service and know what they're talking about!
Friendly people, good service and helpfu.
When I have a problem, they have a solution and the right product.
Amazing customer service. I brought my UTV in to get some grade 10.9 bolts. These guys know their stuff and are super friendly. Also I only got a couple small things and let's just say they gave me a very generous discount, for no apparent reason!
Went here with my 16 yo robotics oriented son. Brought a wheel in for them to help us get the right screws and nuts to make his vision work, which they had in stock.
Besides being extremely helpful and having an extremely long and thin screws in stock (3.25" long 4 or 5mm), they offered my son an unsolicited extremely substantial discount (well below their cost) and gave him an extra 12 screws plus nuts (my son was only going to fill half the holes per wheel to save money). After being so generous, he even asked if there was anything else my son needed. My son politely declined.
The young man who assisted us stated that they like to help out kids in the community, and I definitely believe him. I can't say enough about how we need more businesses like this in the world, and more employees/owners like him.
Good customer service high quality products been shopping there over 10 years always have good service along with the high quality products they offer
My father has some pretty rare (relatively speaking) furniture from owning Knoll and Herman Miller dealerships over the decades and some of the pieces require fairly unique bolts. Anyway we took an example of said bolt to this Copper State location. When we first walked in you can tell it's set up for more of a wholesale operation that a general retail store (still very clean and very well laid out) but this didn't deter us from speaking to the gentleman at the counter. We told him our story, gave him the bolt, and off he went. About four minutes went by and then he came back with around thirty examples of said bolt in a bag, showed us that the threads and heads were exactly the same, and then handed the bag to us. Expecting for him to tell us the price he told us that there was no charge. Shocked, my father and I didn't thank him enough but I hope at least one person reads this. I don't expect or want anyone else to expect to receive something from them for free but since their client base is usually larger companies I assumed that the thirty bolts were a drop in the bucket to them but it still was very nice of them to do that.
TLDR: Great company, great employees, made my dad's week.
One of the best business Ive had the fortune to discover. Yes they have what you need, and yes they take great care of you. Forget Ace Hardware - if you need nuts and bolts or anything like that, come straight here. I don't write many reviews on places, but these guys are so awesome that I felt compelled to tell you all about it from the parking lot of their store right now after I just made a purchase.
By far one of the greatest experiences I've had in Tucson dealing with a local business. As soon as I walk in I'm greeted with a great customer service experience and Toby is at the man! He went above and beyond to help me and what I needed and I appreciate Copper State for having him as an employee.
