Inconvenience for picking up. No signage other than small paper on door. Maybe place bigger banner or something letting customers knowing where they can pick up and who to call since you can't walk in.

Either be open or closed. I have to keep going to places like Paul's and Ace and other retailers that remained open, because you want to act like Domino's. Online ordering is for pizza.

Again after sitting there an hour they came out saying oh we dont have it at this store, but the other store has it.there goes another 2 hours.they suck!

Copper State is very helpful and knowledgeable, the lines are never long and it’s an easy place to stop in and get what you need.
10/10 establishment, would recommend to anyone who needs quick, heavy duty nuts n bolts.

I only came here to pick up an order. The cashiers were all busy with customers. I waited in an imaginary line for help after one guy was done with a customer another customer that just barely walked in walk up to him and he started to help him. Maybe next time you guys should see whose been waiting longer or say "I can help whose ever next! " Got the current stuff and left!

Came here once before and they sold me bolts of an incorrect diameter. Came in this time for auto bolts. Unfortunately, they didn't have basic bolts. They no longer carry fine thread metric. Told me somewhere else might have them, but the other place doesn't even sell bolts. Called them back to see if they had had my bolts in coarse metric. They said yes, but when I drove out there they said they didn't have a single one. I've been to many nut and bolt stores, but never one this poorly stocked with supplies and info. I recommend they expand their inventory.

The fastener selection here is the very best in Phoenix. Pricing can be as low as 1/10 that of hardware stores on many items. Huge selection.

I was just snapping some pics of these two HUGE NUTS that the boys down at Copper State made for me.
I had no idea that HUGE NUTS of this size were so expensive.
$750.00 for the pair. The sockets that I had to purchase to put these on with are huge also. 3.5 inches for the small one and 5 inches on the large.
