Coral Point Apartments reviews
17Not a bad living situation, however the current managers apparently don't know how to call/email people back like we were told. Also upset that I haven't gotten my renewal notice yet, and I only have a week left until I'd have to put my 60 day notice in if I want to leave by the time my lease is up. Other than that, it's ok.
Very nice people that work in office and they helped us get an apartment that worked with our move date.
Just inquired about these apartments yesterday night and have already received a response today and application status. Very quick and great communication I have already notice. Hopefully I am able to move in soon. These apartments look beautiful!
I have been shopping around with little to no luck and absolutely no guidance on getting finding an apartment to fit my needs. I called Coral Point and what a breath of fresh air it was talking to Jessica. She not only reassured me that great customer was a real thing, but was informative and very professional. I think I've find my new home. Thank you Jessica and Coral Point staff.
Unprofessional: I was excited for a tour after looking at the floor plans and photos online. I scheduled a tour, as they allow on the website, and I have been receiving the texts as well as the emails to confirm it. Today when I showed up for the tour, the office is closed and the person that picked up the phone said that I am not scheduled and would get me in contact with a leasing agent. Said leasing agent never called me.
Great property. Of course needs some new washer and dryer machines that work. But everything else is good. Staff and maintenance team are on it. Always taking care of the residents. I would definitely recommend these apartments.
Dont buy into the “under new management” because the same property managers have had this place through our entire horrible renting experience! 3 floods from apartments outside of our own ruining our belongings and nothing gets fixed all the way if at all! Our ENTIRE apartment was flooded with inch deep water a couple months back from a toilet pipe bursting upstairs and their idea of fixing up the place was patching ONE hole in the ceiling! There is still damage left behind from that!
We had asked to be let go of our lease in which the manager said to email her so her regional manager could decide and then I got no answer at all. I called back several times and was told she’s busy and as mad as I was, I accepted this and was told by maintenance that things would get fixed and they didn’t.
Now here we are and the toilet upstairs overflowed and just made the water damage in the apartment even worse because the water damage from before never got fixed. Our neighbors dishwasher is also leaking so now water is coming up from the floor into our apartment as well and ruined some belongings in our pantry. Management never reaches out. They never apologized for any of the flooding and didn’t even reach out to see if maintenance had fixed any of the problems even after repeatedly reaching out. We are PAYING to live here.
UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. Zayra Pulido and her team has definitely changed Coral Point Apartments for the better. They listen, follow up, return phone calls, or reply in a diligent manner through email. I just renewed my lease another year. I like my apartment, the grounds are taken care of. Tenants just need to pick up after their pets though.
They are a lot more helpful than the last manager Pricilla Yazzie, who actually did nothing!
If the community was fenced in I would have given them five stars based on my experience so far. I didn't read the reviews until after my lease signing and they gave me pause (especially the roach complaints). However, I have yet to see a bug in unit! I have had two maintenance issues and they were handled within 1-2 days. The staff is always available when I call the office and are also very professional. The property is well maintained and I have no complaints. So far so good.
Anywhere is better then here we let them keep our deposit so we could move out early and they said that we won’t owe them anymore but then they say I owe the 2000 more after we move out these guys are a joke live on the street before here
I have been living at this apartment complex for three years and I can say its is for sure worth 3 stars. The rent it cheap (when comparing it to other apartments in the area), however the services here are terrible. The maintenance staff is slow to fix any requests and often forget. Whenever something is broken I often have to talk to three people and call and remind them 2-3 times before anything gets done. Half the washers and dryers in the laundry room are broken EVERY week, and that's if you can even get in the laundry room. The amenity key is so finicky most residents climb in the window to do their laundry. I'm pretty much just staying here because I hate moving and the rent is cheap.
Roaches, management that doesn’t respond, multiple apartment fires, tweakers going through the trash, dog poop, and laundry facilities that never work and are dirty. All the components of a horrible living experience.
Looks nice, but nothing works properly. I chose this place because of what they offered, but once living here, I realized I couldn't actually enjoy them. I have to go down the road to do my laundry because the washers and dryers do not work. I've called the number on the dryer once and had people come out to fix it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I also have to get water from the store because the machine here will take your money and not dispense water. There is also no number on the machine to call to report a problem. Smoke detector goes off randomly for no reason. All the things they offered are currently unavailable such as the office lounge, fitness room, rec room, etc.resulting in having to spend more money. With that being said, I'd expect the office workers to be a little more compassionate. On the other hand, the maintenance team here is hardworking.
Well, it seems almost every day I get a little happier I'm gonna be leaving when this lease is up. I'll have been here 5 years in April and it's been nothing but downhill the whole time.
It's been an ongoing battle for them to keep the community laundry rooms clean and keep kids and homeless people out. The digital keypads helped for a while, but the seem to being caring less about who the rent to lately. I've seen people smoking in the laundry rooms, kids treating it like a playground. And then the pictures is what I found today. Pretty sure there was dog poop on the ground.
Cannot wait to be gone.
I pretty much loved my stay here other than a crazy neighbor had a guest that smashed in my windshield when he was high (did not know them at all) and I never received a response from the apt about it. But the actual apartment size, appearance of the complex is really nice. They don’t tow your vehicles away either and bug you about that. Wish I never left to be honest.
NASTIEST apartment complex I have ever lived at ROACH infested. Management does not care, Priscilla Yazzie ignored my calls/emails regarding the infestation for MONTHS until I said I would have a lawyer get involved. Building 1 is completely infested, I lived in apt. 2005. I would have weekly pest control sprays but did absolutely nothing since it was the whole building. One of the sales agents moved underneath me, was unaware of the roach problem before moving in and the only way he could break his lease without paying $$ was to quit his job since the company was providing the apartment for free so he dipped.
If you don't want to feel like bugs are constantly crawling on you, have PTSD, have roaches in every crevice including your REFRIGERATOR then do not sign a lease here. Save yourself the trauma!
Infested with roaches! First couple months was okay 2-3 roaches here & there and now it got to the point i have to leave my kitchen light on n bathroom light on so no roaches will crawl on me at night. Poop droppings every where after a week i deep clean my cabinets, it’s horrible. We got a 12 month lease but i think we have to break are lease because this is so unsanitary especially if you have kids. It’s expensive buying products to clean and get rid of these roaches.
