This office is horribly run. Every time that I had to go in there, the wait was super long. These people just cram a bunch of appointments in and hope for the best. Don’t give these people any business. Expect to waste a bunch of time in the waiting room.

Dr Gross and staff have kept me seeing beautifully no matter how old I get. This 70 year old with now almost 20/20 vision thanks you!

Care received was sub-par. The assistant placed eye drops and did not wait the recommended time. She attempted to proceed to conduct the assessment immediately after placing the drops then became frustrated when I kept flinching. If she would have waited for the drops to take effect, I would have flinched. Also, after multiple attempts billing to my insurance was never complete. The billing person stated with attitude that the insurance denied the claim. I informed her that I reviewed my claims and it was never submitted. Nearly six months later it still has not been submitted nor have I received the information I requested so I can submit it myself. Avoid this office and you will avoid time lost and a headache.

I've been seeing Dr Gross for a couple of years and has really helped my eyes. He's a good dr with a really nice staff. Doesn't waste your time and is honest.
