Dr. “Sunny” Ridenour is the best! Highly professional, communicative and patient first mentality. Her staff is wonderful as well.

My provider was not fit for a medical license. She talked more about her own health issues than yours. She said she had brain tumors and was paranoid in weird ways. I started walking on eggshells around her, just hoping to get in and out with my prescriptions. I wouldn't bring up issues I was having because I was afraid of her extreme personality shifts. She's probably great for people who need short term pain treatment and want a pill mill type of situation. If you have any sort of long term or chronic situation and are trying to avoid the opiates, she has no idea what to do. Also, she burnt her bridges with 2 of the big local hospitals, so good luck getting referrals. I feel bad though because the other aids and staff were lovely people.

My husband needs a hernia repair and its being out off for reasons that can be controlled. I am frankly sick and tired of seeking him in pain and drained. I am about to report this clinic for Insurance fraud and find another doctor.

My son and I both go here and I couldn't be happier. Sunny is attentive, nonjudgmental and a good listener. She is incredibly knowledgeable. She also remembers things about me and my child from appointment to appointment making us feel welcome and genuinely cared for. When I've taken my son to urgent care and feel things haven't been addressed, Sunny has fit us in short notice to take another look and actually find solutions. Yes, sometimes they are busy and sometimes it is hard to get through on the phone line. This is also a very small practice. But there is no comparison feeling like family and really trusting the peopld helping you manage you and your family's health.

Dr sonny is the most thorough doctor, although Dr. Platte was my doctor couldnt have a better fellow doc. They both have been the best to me and my health cant give them a high enough rating. Their priorities are 100% in order. And the follow-ups are always in line. Infinite stars for cornerstone health!

Now that Sunny has taken over the practice can’t give enough kudos for the compassion and thoroughness.she is a real rarity in the medical profession. Do not plan on going to get pain meds this is no longer a pain management office but if you’re looking for a great health professional that cares make an appointment.
