Stay away from this place very unprofessional. I have an air distributor valve problem went there to fix it. They don't have it in stock. I have another mechanic that have it stock to fix my problem come to find out they have problems with the other company. So they feel like they are taking there business and they took it out on me by cutting one of my air hose. I wish I can put the picture on here. Will never recommend this place to anyone

Worst mechanic shop I have ever seen in my trucking time, these MFS wasting time and if you come up and see their work they will tell you to go and and wait at the waiting room so they can keep wasting time and so you get keep charging.

Please go somewhere else the coming here FFS.

Useless people don’t know how to keep up with the customers.

They should’ve drained my DEF tank and it will take a hour or two at lease but these MFS DONE IT IN 7 hours! Completely robbery

Please save your time and money and DO NOT GO HERE FOR "ANY" ISSUE YOU MAY HAVE! The "manager" Mark is the most dishonest person I've ever met! He could care less about you! We had a truck break down just across the road from them. We were in a tight situation and decided to take it to them. "Not checking reviews first". Worst decision ever! It was an absolute nightmare the whole time it was at their shop! Lie after Lie after Lie! The turbo that they replaced, ended up failing within 100 miles they took it back, saying they would replace it under warranty when they came back with the supposedly "new turbo" I did my research just to find out that it was the same exact turbo that they had put on the truck in the first place. They found out that factory warranty was not going to cover the turbo cost so they sent me the same turbo back and tried to install it, trying to make me to believe that it was a new turbo! I then called the manufacture where they supposedly had ordered the new turbo through, and ask them what they had picked up. They told me that they only picked up a new turbo installation kit. Mark, the manager never told me anything about it and was still going to charge me the $500 overnight shipping that we was going to pay to get the Second new turbo, even though he had canceled this order an hour after they had placed the order in front of me. Somebody needs to turn these guys and they are absolutely a fraud. Never never never do work with them. On top of that they will tell you that your truck is ready and when you get there they make you pay with ACH payment, Zelle payment or cash! If you still decide to take your truck here, please prepare yourself for the worst month of your life!

Horrible place. Would not recommend. They overcharge extremely. Paid $6,000 for radiator replacement when it usually costs $2,000. I was scammed out of $4,000. This place severely lacks communication. DO NOT GO HERE.

Had a radiator change. We had a truck breakdown in Wilcox, AZ. Called a tow truck and used these peoples services. Unfortunately they are way over priced. Charged $6000.for a radiator change on my freightliner truck. Just one job that would basically cost around $2k. My bad I read other peoples reviews but did not take heed of it. They are clever people, they do not give an estimate before hand. I totally agree with other reviews, they are a total Rip off!

$164.00 to replace a tire and your are supplying the tire
That’s Highway robbery
I went there Sunday with a blow out tire and had a spare to put on and I was quoted $164 for replacing my tire and I had to pay cash nothing else
Well got out of the site parked out side and spend the night there and next day I found another tire place and they charged me $45 for everything
I read the reviews and after I read the reviews decided not to use them
Good luck out there drivers with this highway robbery

Greg (Owner), Marc (GM), and the crew took excellent care of me and my "supposedly good to go" truck I just bought. After multiple problems were discovered during my trip home from Phoenix, I took it to another shop in the area. They basically fixed some things, but not the issues I indicated. When I finally got it back over a month later, I talked to Greg directly, explained the situation, and brought it to his shop that day. After an extremely thorough inspection, we identified multiple problems and began correcting them. As we went along, we found more issues that were complicating the other issues. I was always informed of everything going on and given a chance to test drive the truck to verify what they were telling me. Greg has worked hard to keep the costs reasonable, and cut me deals on parts and labor as much as possible. The mechanics are knowledgeable and worked quickly to get my girl back to me so I can get on the road. To the reviewers whining about repair times and acting like they know the costs to repair every bolt and nut on their vehicles, I say: Do it yourself if you think you know better and can do it cheaper and faster than trained mechanics. Cornwell's isn't marking up costs for parts. They're charging far less per hr than most places, and they do the work as quickly as possible. They do road calls as well as drive ups, so expect to wait in line for your turn. Don't expect to just show up and jump in front of other drivers who are waiting to be helped. They're fast, fair, and thorough. They will continue to be working on my old girl when she needs some love. Thanks, guys!
