Cortland Biltmore Place, Phoenix AZ

So unfortunately due to some circumstances with my job I was not able to move into these apartments at this time.
But the young lady Jasmine that helped me was awesome. Very clear on everything. Super nice. Probably one of the best leasing agents I've ever dealt with out of four different states. I would highly recommend dealing with Jasmine. If I do ever move back down to the valley I would totally go where she works.

My experience with Cortland Biltmore in Phoenix has been outstanding from the first day I took a tour to the day I moved in and now even 3 months later. The management and leasing department has been a pleasure to deal with and this place is an amazing place to call home.

Recently moved into Courtland Biltmore Place and have had a wonderful experience so far. The application process was well put today and easy to complete. Jasmine was available throughout the process and answered any and all questions quickly!

Move in was an absolute breeze and the place was absolutely spotless! Jasmine and Joe did an "Orientation" where they walked me through the premises, gave tips about the community, and made sure the apartment was above and beyond. Never have I had this level of care from management and maintenance before!

I had a some small maintenance requests and nearly all of them were completed within a few hours and the rest within a quick time frame. I couldn't be happier and more impressed with the management and maintenance staff. 5/5 without question!

The entire property is beautiful. The first thing that caught our eye was how well kept the property was. We are looking to relocate to Arizona very soon and Cortland is one property we considered checking out before our move.

All the amenities are nice very much resort style feel. Great place, beautiful units.

The staff was very friendly, the maintenance guy Rodgerick was very helpful with helping us find the leasing office.

I had a great experience visiting the property. The grounds are beautiful and clean. I had the pleasure of meeting the maintenance supervisor Rodrick Bates. He is very professional and knowledgeable, it is obvious he takes pride in his work.

This place is stunning. I work with them weekly as a vendor. Its a pleasure coming here. Jasmine is Great. She always smiling and eager to help. Every tenant i speak with loves calling Cortland Home.

I recently viewed Cortland Biltmore Place and was instantly impressed. Roderick Bates was extremely professional and very helpful. He was such a pleasure to speak with.

I was visiting a friend that recently moved to Cortland Biltmore Place, she showed me around the pool and other amenities and it's a beautiful property and seems like a peaceful place to live.
You can see all that from the photos, but I wanted to leave a review because while I was there, maintenance stopped by her apartment to check on an issue that she was having with her kitchen sink, the tech that arrived was Joe Hall, I asked his name because he was very friendly and as he was working, I decided to ask him about what he was doing. I was just curious because I have had the same issue happen in my own home and even though he was busy, he took a moment to answer my question and gave me a couple pointers. He went right back to work and was very thorough and did a great job fixing the issue.
In my own experience renting, it seems like most maintence techs just do the bare minimum and cut corners so they can mark your work order as complete and move on to the next issue. So, it was nice to see someone taking a minute and going through all of the necessary steps to ensure it would not be a reoccurring issue. That's so important when renting a home and this seems like a great place to live.

I wanted to leave a review of my experience at Cortland Biltmore. I went in on a spur of the moment visit. I didn’t know if I could actually get a tour because again we just popped in. But quite frankly I could not be more complementary of Ms. Jasmine. She was on her own and clearly already swamped but still her attention to detail, customer service, and patience to give us proper focus and answer all our questions was second to none. So I wanted to make sure I gave her kudos. There was another person who was in the office when I was and that person was just a rude jerk, I applaud Jasmine for her professionalism because I could not have done it. We were able to get a tour in (appreciate her going above and beyond) and unfortunately while there wasn’t anything available in what we were looking for, the experience of being there left a great impression on us. I will be trying again in 3 months and looking for Ms. Jasmine again. I hope she is still there!

Went to view the property as we were on our search for a home. I was totally impressed with how well kept it was, from the inside to the outside! There is a beautiful common area that is very welcoming & relaxing. Not alot of places have the awesome amenities that this place has! All the staff was very helpful which made our experience better. The maintenance man, Rodgerick, was even a huge help, & we appreciated his positive attitude & all the additional info he provided! 10/10 recommend!
