I enjoyed speaking with Adrian very much. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He also sent additional information which was very helpful.

Staff is super helpful especially the assistant manager celina help me with all my paperwork and got me on the right path.

Sun River is a wonderful place to live! The staff and manager are knowledgeable, friendly and always make you feel at home!

Celina the assistant manager is a lovely professional and caring employee. Celina goes above and beyond to help the customer, sun river is extremely lucky to have her. If you do business there ask for Celina.

I absolutely love living here. The staff is great especially Chris & Mando. Besides getting my work orders done quickly everytime they see me carring my groceries in they always stop and help me which i greatly appreciate cuz its really hard on me to carry those heavy cases of water. Thank you Chris & Mando. You guys are RockStars.

Wonderful place to live, amazing staff including the maintenance staff. Going on my second year and I have loved all the changes and upgrades to the complex. Recently upgraded to a renovated apartment which makes calling Sun River my home even better. Any and all maintenance requests are taken care of promptly and efficiently. Looking forward to seeing all the rest of the properties changes and upgrades!

I really like this complex! The office staff Patrice was very informative about the complex and answered all my questions and was Extremely patient and helpful to me! She left a very warm and welcoming feel to this place!

I normally don't do reviews but I have had the best experience working with the new manager Jessica. She was friendly, helpful and responsive. They can count on me being a tenant for a long time.

I fell in love with my apartment and still LOVE my apartment.
The grounds are beautiful and the team is always willing to help you.

Update 8/18/22: water still pours in under windowsill. Been an issue for a year now when it rains. Maintenance tries to caulk or patch but it never works. I have asked for a new awning or windowsill replacement for about a year, to no avail. Now my once new carpet is wet from rain dripping to the floor. Sun River was good initially until bought by Cortland. Now I pay for water and trash (didn’t under previous management), rent increased like many places, but what is frustrating is paying more rent and new utilities and issues like water under the window never getting resolved. I have to keep towels handy everyday that it rains. The windowsill is in terribly warped condition (and was when I moved in). Maintenance gets dispatched fairly quickly but the repair attempts have not solved it. I’m becoming frustrated and always worry when it rains.

Very clean apartments! Well managed, very well secured. Definitely worth taking a look into if your looking for a new place!

If service is important to you when leasing a future home. This place should be on your list. Service calls and office issues solved quickly and with a smile. Very friendly community.

Nice quiet apartment with washer and dryer in apartment. Management has fixed any problems I have had. Semi gated community in nice area of Tucson near large shopping mall and several restaurants and grocery stores. Assigned parking plus parking for guests.
