The guy who works at this store is phenomenal! Amazing customer service at this location! Even though this is far from me I go here vs the Val Vista/Ray location because of how great the customer service is!

Usually love Cosmoprof’s but one girl at this location was ruuuude! The other was very nice but I won’t be coming back to this one just because of the attitude! Don’t want to deal with it when there’s super sweet girls working at other locations.

This place will not serve you unless you are a licensed stylist or something. We just needed braid spray for my wife. Screw that, just open as a mail order catalog if you are turning customers away at a physical store because of petty rules. I felt like Jonah Hill trying to buy shoes in the Forty Year Old Virgin movie.

The girls here are super nice and helpful. But this is a professional shop meaning you can only shop here if licensed

Rude space cadets. Never ask if they can help and never even greet you. I’m going to Armstrong from now on. This store is always a little junkie and unorganized anyways. But customer service is the main reason why I’ll never go back

Before you go know that you need a membership card linked to a qualifying license to buy. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great prices, high end products.

Great for the licensed professional, cosmotologist or nail Tech. They have expanded the selection of professional nail products over the years. They also carry Moroccan products now. Still wish they would carry Matrix products here, and not just in California. Overall good selection, good prices, love the sales and email coupons.
