Kinda slow. Even with appointments u end up waiting atleast 20-30 minutes past ur appt and ur like 15 minutes early.

Came in for haircut and had my 7 year old with me. With no place to sit she was standing next to the seats with wrapping paper covering them and the front desk woman kept getting on to her for looking at the paper. It bothered the woman so much that I can tell that it was starting to cause her mental stress so I felt obligated to leave her a separate 10.00 tip for distress my daughter caused her. I hope all is fine with her.

I didn't review this! But I will now! I was so upset by my haircut, I had to go back and it still wasn't right! I've never had a problem with Supercuts prior to this. The color is okay, but the cut was not right at all!

Super friendly and professional. I got the $20 cut and was out in about 45 minutes. Appointments are recommended but they'll make time for walk ins.
