I was a loyal customer to Becky. Enjoyed her skill as well as personality and attitude. When I called for appt this last time was told she was no longer there. It felt like top secret to find out where she was going. When we finally got that far, was told they don’t have the number.
Seriously? She’s at Pantano and Speedway location. Aren’t you guys one company? What’s the issue with getting the info. That is beyond crummy. Hurts the client and hurts the stylist and ultimately the company.
Fortunately I found her again. Was thinking about asking the FBI for help.

I buy products at this location and the service is not satisfactory. I know more about products then the hairstist. Second time I bought the wrong product here and my hair is dried out because of products. I'm livid.

Not sure how they are at cutting hair. I think unless you are a current customer they would rather not have your business. I have attempted three times to get a haircut. Twice I have gone in and stood waiting for someone to tell me how long it will be, take a seat we will be right with you…something. Today stood there for 11 minutes. 11 minutes while stylist 10 feet away ignored me. If they don’t want you to stand there you’d think they would say “take a seat we will be right with you” or “sorry we are all booked up”. The other time I was spoken to. She said “ I have a stylist that just had a cancellation and she was going to go to lunch early but I’m sure she can take you” Came back to say “she wants to go to lunch early, she said she will be back in about 30 minutes and will cut it then. ” Place is incredibly rude.

First time Joanna cut my hair, simple layers) she was great! Just went to her yesterday for trim and she ruined it. This cut is Sloppy, very Uneven, and I will never go back.

I was looking to get a small portion of my hair dyed a hot pink color and was looking for something budget friendly. I called and was able to get in the same day which was so awesome! Not only did I get in the same day, they were able to dye my hair in three hours exactly the way I wanted. They had the hot pink color I wanted available and the stylist Bernadette was super nice and did a great job! I had a great experience and would come back again. Also, the cost was less than $100 with tip included. What a great deal! I will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience from the initial phone call to the service rendered.

Larisa was a horrible hair stylist i told her not cut more than an inch off 4 inches later my hair is very short and was lopsided will never go there again! Very unprofessional and did not want to help my friend at all!

Becky is one of the best that I've seen. She styles and cuts my hair better than I ask. Extremely friendly.

I have been getting my hair cut by Jocelyn for about three years now, and she is the BEST! I always leaved pleased with what she does with my hair. I followed her to this location from another one which is close to my house. Even though this is farther, I am happy to travel the extra distance!

Pleasant, friendly employees. I always have Bernadette cut my hair. She does an excellent job!

Checked in the stylists was about to leave but stay an hour to cut and style my hair. Shoulder length down to not 1/2 inch in length. Love it. Jocelyn is her name.

First haircut in a year. Elizabeth did a great job. Would have liked a little more blonde look but overall happy. She was super nice.

Got there 45 minutes before close and they didn't want to take me on for a buzz cut cause it was late. Plus they got a $4 surcharge for cleaning. Was going to give them a shot for the first time, but I guess not

Propety is as clean as always.
New 4 dollar surcharge for "OSHA cleaning products" is a gouge to take advantage of peoples fear. Will not return.
