Cost cutters is my go-to for haircuts. Esperanza does an amazing job. She has a great work ethic and takes her time to ensure each customer is happy walking out. I haven't gone to anyone else since!

The ladies were amazing and very friendly to my kids. Both had positive attitudes and great customer service. And both my children left loving their new cuts. Thank you for taking the time to listen to what they wanted and provide feedback and best practices.

Absolutely horrible! I should not have to spend money to get a haircut to only have to go home and cut it myself to fix all of the mistakes that were made for an easy cut! They didn't even know how to properly cut bangs! Staff can be very unprofessional and rude when being told you aren't happy. It should never have to be a toss up if you are going to be getting good service when you go somewhere you are paying for a service. We will never be back!

I have an extremely hard time trusting people to cut and color my hair but needed it done so I went here. I used Alexis the manager of the location and she was absolutely amazing. Everything came out perfect with her. I have since moved 5 hours away but still make the trip every few months to get my hair done by her! Make sure you check her out while there!

By far the worst experience I’ve had at a hair salon. Went to take my 2 year old to get a hair cut and the service was horrible. Kayla was pushing my sons head down saying be still. She also cut the side of him with clippers and was wondering why he wasn’t having it. It’s your job to be patient. I called back asked to speak to the supervisor and she was even more unprofessional. Stating she saw everything but not once stopped by and offered help or gave me a different route we could have went for the satisfaction of a customer. Very very horrible. To be a licensed cosmetologist and let a customer leave disappointed and standards not met. Thank you!

Unfortunately my stylist Adrianna who I trust to do my highlights is on maternity leave but fortunately Esperanza was there who did just as well and got my highlights just right Thank you Cost Cutters and Esperanza!

There was nobody in the place when I walked in, and all I needed was a quick trim. The woman said that she could not take me because she was waiting on somebody in 4 minutes that's really a shame because now they lost a customer and I'm sitting out here in the parking lot and it's been 7 minutes and nobody has walked in the place.

Alexis has been the only person that understood my unusual cut, and perfected it. I took the chance to let her try and do my hair the way i wanted it without having to go to a stylist ive used for 16 years in Phoenix. She did nothing but perfection. She is considerate and will give you exactly what you want. Her coloring is immaculate and lasts longer than anything I've seen before. Her customer service is prestige and her work is great quality. She's one of the most personable and friendly employees I've ever met. It's not just "business and done", she provides her best with everything.
