Costco Tire Center, Tucson AZ

In the most part everything is OK but the tire center really kills it for everyone. They don’t like to answer the phone and they say they can’t do anything if they don’t feel like doing it even if they’ve done it before. Also say they can’t do anything over the phone after telling me to call back two hours later with the information they told me to get. Why have a phone? Why tell me to call back?

I tried to order tires, they were cancelled after a week without notification so I called the tire center and was placed on hold for over an hour 4 times throughout the day, they finally answered and were very rude.basically they informed me they had nothing to do with ordering tires and couldn’t help me order tires or tell me what was in stock and available.

Do not attempt to deal with Costco tires. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had ordering tires and I will never do tires here again.

Horrible customer service and overall bad experience Do not recommend. Go to the discount tire down the road, they actually got me taken care of right away.

First time buying tires here, the guy I spoke with was unprofessional, rude and uneducated, wont ever do business here again.

Customer service can be pretty rude and unhelpful. It's almost like they hate you for being a member and taking advantage of your membership. Maybe they deal with a lot of entitled pretentious members and are exhausted by it, but meeting politeness with rudeness is not ok. Expect good tire deals but rude customer service.

Very unprofessional attitudes and GAVE ME BACK A UNSAFE CAR. Took 2 weeks to get an appointment and they gave my slot away to an old man next to me as I was waiting to check in. It then took them over an hour just to get to my vehicle in the shop which I had a reserved appointment for. After it took them over 2 1/2 hours to put new tires on my car they didn't even call me to say it was done. I had to find an employee whose response to why they didn't call me was "its done now". They get my car out of the bay give me the keys and start to walk off, while I have a tire obviously low on air. I mention it to him and he begins to try to say "well you can't judge a tire on just how it looks and he's sure it's fine" after he checks it its only 20lbs so they were about to send me on the freeway with dangerously low tires. If you VALUE your TIME and SAFETY DO NOT GO HERE!

Extremely unfriendly unhelpful employees at the tire center. The employees are super inflexible and will not accommodate your schedule or help you figure out your issues with your car. I would never come here to schedule anything for my car. I would avoid this Costco tire center like the plague.

Employees need to to retain in customer service attitude. "Want to speak to my manager? " Rude.

I was treated horrible today. They made me wait 30 mins to check in my car when it should have been 5 mins. They guy didn't even know what he was doing.

I just dont think forcing your employees and customers to ware a mask is enough cant u make them ware a space type suit? I know Costco has good factory's in china that could do this for really cheap, please keep me safe i will pay extra and give up freedoms in the store i dont like what im seeing on the TV.

So glad I purchased my tires from Costco. They always find a way to squeeze you in when they have no open appointments.
