Costco Wholesale, Tucson AZ

This Costco is perpetually slammed. I've gone on different days of the week, different times of day, different points of time in the month, and it does not matter. You will be cramped in here. Also, and maybe this is too specific or mayb the job requirements have changed, but all of the sample station employees may as well be carnival barkers. My daughter and I both struggle with easily overwhelmed senses, and between the crowd and employees literally shouting about samples, we can barely handle this store. It's clean though, and always stocked well, though.

Love this place. Now figuring out the best time to shop without the big crowds has become my mission

Lines are fast! Parking spaces and parking lot are super roomy. The last few times the customer service was just "OK" which is why I rated it 3 stars

I rolled in there around 7: 30 8: 00 broke a valve stem off my tire the guys fixed it checked all my other air pressures dialed me in and put a new valve stem in for me wouldn't even accept a tip those guys at the tire shop are awesome

I went for the prices & return weekly for the quality selection and variety. This Costco is always clean, well arranged and enjoyable appealing. I add a delicious slice to go!

Its okay. I feel like costco used to be better and more affordable but it seems the prices went up and i can find many of the things somewhere else for a better price and i wont even need a membership.

I don't know if all costcos have this, but they have a self checkout now which makes a 10,000 times more pleasant to go to Costco

It was a gentle breeze of random directions that blue around us as we wander through the Maze of items Tastefully placed with prices visible and high and entertain the people as they walk through in conversation

****However this is about the great service I received on Saturday Oct 5 2020 @tire/battery area. I called before going to Costco & spoke with an adult male around 1-4pm reference battery issue. This person provided superior patience and customer service. This same day I went to purchase a battery around 4-530pm, both male workers in this department were outstanding. They went over and above in their help; professionalism, knowledge, patience- everything!
Costco is one of the few stores out their who care about their customers by making sure all carts are available and disinfected for the customers. The store is always clean. The employees keep the clothing and all items nice and organized. I guess the only beef in the last couple of months would be how the allow people with crowded shopping carts without checking- yet it seems they always stop to count our normal less than 10-15 items‍️
But overall a great store- a leader above the rest!

Cuz it's Sunday afternoon before Thanksgiving thousands and thousands of people in the parking lot but the folks in Costco once again smiled and took everything in stride for that I appreciate

I love Costco but most of the cashiers are not friendly, inviting or pleasant. It makes me not want to go to a place where the employees are downright rude

Costco shopping after 6pm is much less frenetic and certainly uncrowded - mostly the crush of folks getting their pizzas.

They really need to add more registers/cashiers. Parking lot is a cluster. Actual selection of items is good.

I have never had any problems with Costco or the employees. Easy returns and great customer service. They have great gifts, toys, books, and samples.

Anything you can think of. THAT'S what they have at Costco.usually at a better price than you thought of! If you can't find it, someone, (either an employee or a customer) can tell you where to find it. If it's not at Costco, they'll tell you where you can go to get it. And usually how much it costs! Great staff and customers!

This store is always clean items are easy to find. Employees are always ready to help. This store is not cluttered aisles are easy to go down in a wheel chair. I recommend this store.

Friendly and efficient with loads of items to stock up on. The one thing that makes me a little crazy is the way they move things around.
